My first visit for a full set & pedicure was great. My 2nd visit was horrible!! The pedicure was fine but Jason did My full set. 3 of my nails fell off in 2 days while I was out of town. Most of the nails were crooked and Jason put my nails on while I was still sitting getting my pedicure. He completely rushed doing my nails! I called & explained the issue and told them I had taken pictures. They said send the pics to some # and they would contact me back. We’ll, that never happened. I went to the shop after returning in town and they didn’t help me one bit. They were very rude & staring acting as if they couldn’t understand English & started talking in their language. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

My daughter and I went to get service done yesterday and the service was dissatisfying. The representative by the name Jenny told my daughter in order for her cuticles to be clipped, she would have to pay $10, when my daughter was receiving a full gel nail set that cost $40. When my daughter shared this to me when it was time for pick up, I asked Jenny and she said everything cost $10 dollars now. So my daughter literally got press on done and blue nail polish on them for $40. I told Jenny I understand the salon had to increase service fees because of the new salon, however I’ve never heard of cuticles being charged as a separate fee if a customer is paying for a full service already. I was not happy with this type of treatment and I won’t be returning because this salon is only taking advantage of their younger customers. Please correct this matter unless you prefer losing out more and won’t be able to keep open your new salon.

I was recommended by my nail tech to get a pedicure done here. I honestly recommend it 10/10 Vicky did my toes and she was super sweet. The environment was so clean and the people were so nice. I will definitely be coming back. I got a no chip pedicure. Pedicure

Came here last minute after work literally 30 minutes before closing and was AMAZED by how quickly serviced, and how cute and a steric the shop was! Absolutely loved my nails done by John and had a good experience. Definitely have a returning customer!

Over a $100 for a fill-in and Spa pedicure. Nail polished smears from it not being dry due to too much polish being applied. Went back receptionist advised that the nail technician was busy and couldn’t assist. Manager advised I would have to wait until she finished as no one else can do it. Rude, unprofessional, condescending demeanor from the manager, who feels he can speak to people any kind of way. A simple apology goes a long way. However telling a person who just spent their money we don’t guarantee regular polish, that specific tech is busy, u have to wait is unacceptable.

An absolute negative. This lady Tracy did my nails horribly. Not only that I paid $125 for a full set and a pedicure. I got acrylic on one toe most places charge $5 they charge $10. Then she paint my nails any type of way as well as file them like a crazy person. It looks like my nails have been done for 2 weeks already. I also asked her to cut the hanging cuticle skin and that’s another $10. On top of that, there is a 3% charge to use a card. Never will I ever go here again everrrrr….

It’s always so great here! They usually have really great customer service. They literally have 60 pedicure chairs and we always come together as a family. I can only account for one time where it was a long wait and it was a Saturday and to be expected. With that being said I love it here. Definitely visit if you’re shopping around for a nail shop home. It’s always so clean and smells so good. They have a ton of nail colors to choose from as well! Overall great service
