Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this place for 10 plus years and I will never go here ever again. At first I asked the lady for an ombré and she did a horrible job. It wasn’t blended in at all so I just decided to do white. She worked on my nails for over two hours and hurt me so bad and left me with these nails. Nail polish everywhere on my skin. Lumpy nails, thick bulky and not feminine at all. They wanted to charge me FOURTH EIGHT $ for this. Unbelievable. I told him I will not pay and he said ok I’ll cut them off for you so you don’t have to pay and brought a nail clipper to cut my nails off!!!!????? Seriously so disrespectful and dirty. Will never give this place business again. I have been going to this place for 10 plus years and I will never go here ever again. At first I asked the lady for an ombré and she did a horrible job. It wasn’t blended in at all so I just decided to do white. She worked on my nails for over two hours and hurt me so bad and left me with these nails. Nail polish everywhere on my skin. Lumpy nails, thick bulky and not feminine at all. They wanted to charge me FOURTH EIGHT $ for this. Unbelievable. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here a handful of times now and have loved nearly every service. I always get gel acrylics, for reference. I don’t request a particular technician, I believe it has been a different person every time, but each of them has been friendly and professional. Additionally, they have been able to almost replicate the pictures I show them every time. Furthermore, my nails stay on a long time for me (my natural nails grow semi quickly), lasting around two weeks. Everyone in there is very nice, the manager even lent me a charger one time. The only reason this review is four stars is because of my one experience getting a pedicure. I only got this done once and have not continued because of the experience. The woman doing my feet did not remove all of my previous polish, and when applying the new polish she did not cover the entire nail and there were notable blank spaces. Additionally, I asked for a simple design, just a row of “jewels” at the bottom of each big toe. At first, she completely ignored this part (even though I pointed it out initially) and put a top coat on and then initially told me she couldn’t change it. After asking if there was anything else she could do, she started putting the jewels on anyway. She left noticeable gaps in between them, unlike the photo. The technician doing my nails actually had to explain it to her and even after that, they were extremely uneven. I don’t request a particular technician, I believe it has been a different person every time, but each of them has been friendly and professional.
