I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure 3 weeks ago. The gentleman that was assigned to me was excellent. He was professional and did an amazing job. I was extremely please with the service and experience at Happy Nails. Today I had another appointment for the same service from weeks before. I was assigned a different young lady which was not very friendly and never spoke a word to me. She was very abrupt and didn’t pay much attention to details. She had to redo the polish on one toe 3 times and also 3 fingers that she couldn’t seem to polish correctly. When she finished, an hour and thirty minutes had passed. I couldn’t address the issues at the time so I left to go to my appointment. When I arrived home, I called Happy Nails and voiced my concerns with the owner. I asked to go back in to fix the issues. Both my manicure and pedicure looked like I needed one not like I just had one. She brushed aside what I was trying to explain what was wrong and had a different young lady help me. Apparently she was taking too long, so the owner stepped in and very rude and unprofessionally took her place. To sum up this experience and service was unexceptionable and I will not be going back to Happy Nails nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

If I could rate Happy Nails a 0 it still wouldn’t be low enough. The service and the experience I had with the owner was beyond unprofessional. Had to get manicure and pedicure fixed it looked like I had to get one done and I had just walked out of the place spending $70. I will never go to Happy Nails again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Horrible job done by the nail tech and the owner was worse than her. Horrible!!!!!!

If you’re gonna use lacquer thinner in your nail polish don’t be surprised when a customer asks if you have another bottle of white polish. The woman working there was so incredibly rude that I walked out. After reading other peoples reviews I’m guessing she is the trashy owner always asking people for bigger tips. Absolute trash. ***editing to reply to owner. That was not a new bottle or I wouldn’t have asked you about it. The white was so watered down the polish didn’t look right. Why would I inconvenience myself by having to go somewhere else?? And your rudeness was the bigger issue.

This has been my first pedicure in 2 years and I am very impressed! I have the worst callouses and cracks. I purchased the happy pedicure and my callouses are gone! Like super smooth!! I usually don’t have high hopes because I understand they are bad but the technician did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

The woman who appears to be the owner or manager has overcharged me twice now for dumb things ( $5 upcharge on any nail shape besides square only once l ). Rather than argue, I won’t go back. Critical: ProfessionalismUse to come here for gel pedicure thought it was a nice place until I decided to treat my grandmother and mom to mani and pedis. We set up appts asking for 3 pedi, 2 mani and 1 full set acrylic tips with gel polish. When we got there the lady at the front was rude when it came to us trying to decide a color. She was rushing us and giving us Attitude my grandmother simply asked if they had a sparkle nail polish that could be put on top of the color she chose since they don’t have many sparkly nail colors.. When we were seated for pedi no one was working on my mom until we were half done then my grandmother never got the sparkle she wanted… then we get seated for mani and my grandmothers full set of acrylic come to find out they don’t do acrylics but had already placed the tips on her fingers then the lady at the front who already started giving us attitude as we walked in. Said she was going to explain to her that the gel is better mind you this lady’s hands are waving in my grandmothers face and wouldn’t allow her to ask a simple question. So end of story 255 dollars later horrible experience, treated with attitude . Today was my first time going to Happy Nails and I have to say, I am super impressed. The place was clean, the staff seemed happy to help and there was no wait time (Monday mid day)! The pedis are a. It expensive, but let me tell you, it was the best pedi I have ever had. I got the 2ns tier pedi for $49.00 and it was worth every penny! I would definitely come here again!
