Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had Amanda do my nails, and oh my goodness!!!!!! She did a amazing job. I’ve gone to quite a few nail salons in Salem and wasn’t liking any of them. A friend reccomend Amanda at Happy Nails and I’m so happy! She took her time to make sure they were level and nicely shaped. I had specific colors in a certain order I wanted to do, and wanted a sparkling topcoat. She didn’t have any of the sparkle topcoat I was looking for, but she found a even better one! I was overall very pleased! I’m going to continue driving all the way into Dallas just to get my nails done and it’s totally worth it!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer.I had Amanda do my nails, and oh my goodness!!!!!! A friend reccomend Amanda at Happy Nails and I’m so happy! She took her time to make sure they were level and nicely shaped. She was very rough with the tools and gave no massage. She just rubbed the sugar scrub on my feet and lotion on my legs. Then proceeded to finish doing her own nails after I was done. I got a 15 minute Pedicure!!! 20 if you want to count the extra 5 minutes it took her to remove my old Gel polish. She was very rough with the tools and gave no massage. She just rubbed the sugar scrub on my feet and lotion on my legs. Then proceeded to finish doing her own nails after I was done. I came here to get my nails done on 3/15/22, and today 3/16/22 my nail polish is peeling off. I live in Corvallis which is 45 minutes away. Save your money, now I know why they have such a low rating. Nail art

I walked in on a whim. No appointment. The lady did an awesome job. I got regular acrylic with white tips. She was very detail oriented and did a perfect job filing. I am super happy with this experience. I went to ultra nails last time And they did a sloppy job, so I am happy I tried Happy Nails!

They had pretty good service and they did a nice job. I love the chairs too. The only thing is that the lady cut my finger with one of her tools while doing my nails. The paint is also off my nails a little.

RUN AWAY FROM HERE FAST!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! My regular person (from a different salon) had to cancel on me at the last minute on a Saturday so I attempted to try there since I was desperate. I made an appointment for 3:15 for a fill. Upon arriving he asked me to pick out my color. 75% of the regular polish were separated and clearly old. He had me take a seat at which time he is wandering around doing things around the salon. He finally sits down to start my nails at 3:35. He starts to file my nails. He noticed I needed a couple repaired. It is now 3:40 when he tells me if he files the others and others need repair that he won’t be able to finish because of his next appt. Um….excuse me?! He started my appointment 20 minutes late, even though I was on time, and he has the nerve to tell me he can’t finish me? Nope! Not how this works. I had him just take them off. I’d rather go without my nails until I can get into my regular tech than give him the added money/business if that’s the way he’s going to operate and provide customer service.
