Happy Nails is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to and I’ve never written a bad nail salon review. Went to get a gel manicure for me and my daughter. Though my fingers were soaked and an electric nail bit used to take off my polish, the nail tech then picked off my polish with her own fingernails. The cuticles were not softened, but just drilled down which ended up cutting my cuticles. The fingernail polish bubbled and wasn’t even. Polish ended up on my fingers. No implements that were used were clean. Nothing sanitized. The mail station itself was filthy. Both my daughter and I had to go get our nails immediately redone elsewhere.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an acrylic fill here and it was a terrible decision. She was very rude and unprofessional. The gel is bubbly and very sloppy. The nails are awful looking. Also I signed my receipt and left. She then followed me out and told my I did my math wrong for the tip line. I looked and she had filled out a $5 tip for me on my receipt after I had left. I called her out on it and she started scribbling out the $5 tip line when I said something. Very shady and a very unprofessional place. I’m so sad I spent my money here!Last picture is updated to show after I went home and took a shower. I got an acrylic fill here and it was a terrible decision. She was very rude and unprofessional. The gel is bubbly and very sloppy. The nails are awful looking. Also I signed my receipt and left. The lady that did our nails was very unpleasant. She did a terrible job on both my daughter’s nails and mine. The nails are grossly uneven and slanted. The Polish does not go to the edge on some sides and some tops. It also goes onto the skin on some. I did try to get her to fix some of the problems and she just got annoyed. I could say more!

She was in such a hurry, the nail tech made all of my nails super uneven and I did not expect perfection by any means but I did expect it to be better than the time I let me 10 year old niece do my nail. I think she could have done a good job if she wasn’t in a hurry but I should’ve waited for another appointment somewhere else but I guess that what I get for wanting my nails done that day instead of waiting… I won’t be coming back…

If I could rate this negative stars, I would. The lady is rude, slapped my feet and hands if I dared move, and my 1 week old acrylic nails are already peeling, not that they were fantastic in the first place, they’re all bulky and she hurried through them, and when I told her I had a specific glitter, she chose what she wanted, not what I chose.. DONT GO HERE
