I have found my new nail tech! “T” did an amazing job and I love the nail art she drew on. Plus, she also gave me tips on how to keep my cuticles conditioned between visits. No wait time….Definitely coming back!

Horrible service. I went it asked for a fill she sat me down to do the fill. Another person walked in she stopped what she was doing with my nails to go wax someone so I’m waiting 20 minutes until she’s finished to come finish my nails. And it hasn’t even been a full day yet and the nail polish is already chipping won’t be coming back. Acrylic nails

I have been going here since 2010-I’ve always had minimal complaints as far as the product stands. However, the last few times I’ve been here (I go every two weeks, for gel fill for my nails) they have been unnecessarily rough. Typically when removing broken nails, you soak them and rub/scrape them away. I waited too long for my last two fills and had to remove what I had and start over with fresh acrylic. To remove the old nails, the lady used ANOTHER old used acrylic nail(from a previous customer) to shove underneath and pry the acrylic nails away from my nailbeds. On my left thumb, she pulled up too abruptly and my natural thumb nail split in half, and started coming up with the old acrylic. So to fix this, she quickly rips off the acrylic and covers the tear in my nail with a fresh acrylic. And as it tried to bleed, she squeezed my thumb nail while doing so to keep the blood from dripping, maybe thinking I didn’t notice? I have never been in such pain at a salon. I am terrified to do this again. I am saddened to say, I will not be returning. Their cheap prices are no longer worth it. This experience was nothing short of bamboo splinter torture. Nice nails tho.

Me and my mom have gone here a couple times for pedicures, each time they’re too rough with my mom’s feet and have actually drawn blood and tried to hide it which is very dangerous considering she’s a diabetic. Secondly, they’re always trying to upsell you, even when you say no to the extra services they will push you until you eventually say yes. Lastly, they’re very rude when you’re not happy with something they’ve done, and judgmental when you have calluses on your feet.

I went in recently to get a full set of nails and I have been a loyal customer for years as I get my nails done all of the time. And I wasn’t aware that they increased their prices as no one told me this until after I did my nails, therefore I didn’t have enough money, and they said I couldn’t leave until I paid or they would call the police on me. Therefore I had to get the rest of the money from my friend.which was very inconveniencing to my friend. I will not be going back to do any services with them ever again.

Definitely not the best pedicure I’ve ever had. If I’m going to pay $50 for a pedicure, I don’t want it to look like my 6 year old did it. They also were not happy I paid with a card. They kept asking if I had cash. Pedicure

They had great customer service and did everything they could to accommodate myself who came in an hour before They closed and while I waited they had 2 more of which had appts. That were 2 hours late from when they were to be expected. Regardless they made it work and even though the kind lady(Tina) stayed an hour past closing she didn’t seem to rush me and even gave me the nails I wanted without making them misshaped which most places manage to do for me and she was pleasant and earned my business to see her again. I’m beyond pleased!!

Always a good amount of staff to get you in quickly if you couldn’t make an appointment. I have been to several of the nail techs and they are all very consistent with their work. Highly recommend this salon, they do a great job!

Great pedicures & manicures! That’s not the problem with this business. It’s all of the up charging. They’re not honest about the amount you’ll be paying. I’ve experienced this- but I also witnessed several other costumers experiencing the same treatment. One girl was told $10 to add a design and then when she went to pay it was $10 extra a nail. Obviously that’s a joke- way too much money!! Another women wanted rounded nails instead of square so all of a sudden that was going to be a $5 up charge! They also try to get you to go to Numerica across the parking lot and pull out cash, they don’t like taking a card. I’m sure that helps them come tax time. Two times they got mad at me cause I wouldn’t pay cash. I just get my pedicures here cause they’re close and I just refused to be manipulated. But for most people that’s extremely stressful.
