On a good note, I was able to get a same day appt.. The pedi was acceptable, but the nail fill was not. I had one that was lifting that he didn’t cut off the loose product before putting new acrylic on. I wasn’t fully cured I realized after leaving, so they were sticky then peeled a few days later. He didn’t file well at all. Just so much more, but mostly I was disappointed by the man’s overall demeanor. He’s curt and impatient…and just sort of mean really. He got in a big fight with the other lady who works there too. Very poor customer service. I read the other reviews before going and should’ve paid attention, but I was from out of town and needed my nails done. I would not recommend him at least. I cannot say about the lady who works there.

I went for the first time to get my nails done. I’m still kind of new to the town and the staff was very rude to me. The girl doing my nails was unnecessarily rough and she did my nails as if she was in a hurry. My nails felt kind of sticky. I asked if I could sit them under the light one more time because they didn’t feel dry and the staff rushed me out of the door

What a disappountment. Told her i wantwd my nauls long and natural looking. Before I could stop her she cut 3 of them right at the base. I came out with square, short nails that are thick, heavy and ugly. When i told her that was NOT what i wanted, she walked in the other room and slammed the door. Very polite. Wonderful experience. My teen daughter is very happy with her nails. They didn’t have colored acrylic nails that my daughter liked so they custom colored clear acrylics for her. We did a walk-in and were seen right away.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySAVE YOUR MONEY….. Got dip nail done and 2 days later it was totally chipped. Guy literally screamed at me that I chewed them off and refused to fix them. Girl told me I just didn’t like color even though I was asking for the exact same color to fix them. Ended up walking out because of how awful they were talking to me. As I’m leaving he sucked the acetone he used on me back into the bottle of acetone he uses on everyone….. EW! Terrible experience. My nails looks horrible!! I went and got them redone later in the day. Plus the nail tech was extremely rude and wouldn’t do any nail designs. I should’ve walked out before they even started, because of how rude they were. Acrylic nails
