Nancy is amazing and definitely on point if you’re looking for a pedicure. Happy nails is under new management, also in the process of remodeling. You can’t have a relaxing pedi without a beverage! I was offered coffee, water, even wine. Nancy makes a great mimosa to go along with that brunch pedi! If you have not been here, I highly recommend. I couldn’t be more happier with the experience I had here! Nancy is amazing and definitely on point if you’re looking for a pedicure. Happy nails is under new management, also in the process of remodeling. You can’t have a relaxing pedi without a beverage! I was offered coffee, water, even wine. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Happy Nails (if this is the place jsut across the parking lot from HEB Bell Blvd.) The price was a little steep but it was closer to my home than my usual Sky Nails. (WhichI can speak very highly of).Considering the price they only used one coat of gel and my nails broke one after the other. I continually went back for repairs. I was told, in a rude manner, that my nails were too thin. My response is that it is in their profession to strenghten my nails, so that they will be beautiful, while working comfortably with my hands. After all they did proceed to wear my nails down with their drills. Twice I have been back asking them to fix my broken nails, at one time the lady was rude to me and did not acknowledge me, even when I thanked her for helping me. And, the original attendant, a male, did not even bother to look up at me. Today my nails are broken again. I will not return to Happy Nails, their high prices and their rude attitudes. I will return to Sky Nails where I have never had a problem with them, their staff, their service or their work.
