Went in and i saw that it was full so i asked for the waiting time, he told me there was no waiting he sat me down to get the pedicure. I was there waiting for like 30 min. After they were done i wanted a manicure and acrylic nails. My nails are all crooked and they didn’t do the manicure they just went straight to gluing on the nails and adding acrylic kept mentioning that they were almost going to close. Oh my toe nails are really short now

Very bad service if I could give zero stars I would! They lady there who’s the only one who speaks Spanish helped my friend get her nails done since she doesn’t speak English and was snappy since the start! She did a horrible job, didn’t clean up the nail polish she left all over the skin and left so much glue under the nail I could probably use it on another set of nails. Never go to this establishment!

Horrible service! The lady doing my pedicure was so rude. She took almost 2 hours to do my pedicure, when I asked her to please skip what she was doing and to just paint my nails because too much time had passed got mad and started throwing her towels and supplies around so aggressively! If I could rate it zero I would… I saw a young girl and her mother/ grandmother and they kept pointing at her feet and speaking in their native language and making fun of her you could tell the girl was embarrassed and I felt terribly uncomfortable being there.. as for my own experience i went in to get acrylic nails and they were bad, the acrylic was super lumpy and not worth the price at all and I will never do business here again!!

Critical: Quality, ValueThey did an okay job I THOUGHT at first. Not even a week into having the nails they came off, also when they worked on my nails they were very rough and in a hurry because their shift was about to end, so my fingers bled and stung for 2 weeks due to that. Another thing, I’m so upset mainly about this, is that my original nails got damaged so badly new nail started to grow over the top of it. And now it won’t finish healing so I have nails that look weird and when you feel them they’re very rough. Very pricey, I believe in the pay people for their skills, but those people don’t care about taking their time, they just rush the process, my friend who went with me who paid for a clean up didn’t even get the clean up because they were in such a hurry. They did an okay job I THOUGHT at first. Not even a week into having the nails they came off, also when they worked on my nails they were very rough and in a hurry because their shift was about to end, so my fingers bled and stung for 2 weeks due to that. I asked for coffin tip when I walked in and one guy said he can do it. But yet it took 3 different people to do it and they still didn’t get it right! They just kept going shorter and more crooked and thin. They didn’t even cut my cuticles.
