After years of giving them my business I’m done. Appointments are not honored. Today was the last straw. I even left when crowded on my appointment time and came back 45 minutes later. Still left to sit and soak. A new man there. Never any English spoken. Appeared he was learning on the job. While doing pedi he kept turning one direction looking at someone or turning other direction looking at tv. Never paying attention to what he was doing. Using cheese grater scraped my skin on both feet causing bad abrasion that is painful.

This is a small nail salon with only three employees so you need to make an appointment if you want to get your nails or toes done there. But they are kind courteous and take time with each customer. They’re not the type of Asian nail shop that makes you feel like they’re talking mean about you in their language that they know you can’t understand.

Critical: Quality, ValueOkay so I came in with overgrown dipped nails… I said I wanted to take it off and get shellac.. she then proceeded to give me a “refill” and I was like okay whatever no big deal the polish will just cover it.. it didn’t. I blamed myself cause I should’ve just taken them off at home but once they were finished they were all wonky, bulky, and ugly shaped when I specifically asked for square. She even got my colors wrong. I didn’t say anything bc I didn’t want to be a burden.. my nails look like trash. I want to cry. I still left a tip. My favorite place by far to go to for a pedicure in the Seguin and New Braunfels area. The prices are decent and you definitely get you pay for. The massage for the foot was heavenly, and the deluxe has different options of scrubs to choose from (which smell amazing)! The lady did a very good job taking care of my ingrowns and my feet have never felt better after a pedicure! I would definitely recommend this place!
