I got a gel dip manicure. She did a so-so job. I had French tips and it was time to get them redone. I’m trying to let my nails grow out a little. Several of them had broken off and were very short. But with a gel dip I can have nice nails that are also strong. I had them in a rounded square shape. She changed it to a more pointed shape without asking how I wanted them. The base color is also pinker than before and shows up more than the previous color. It looked more natural. The edges or “corners” of the nails aren’t as clean as they could be. I don’t feel she gave as much attention to detail as she could have. A couple of the white tips are also uneven. Notice the pinky in the photo especially. She didn’t do my cuticles at all. I won’t go back.

Have been going here for years but last few times I went things have drastically changed. They don’t have enough help and the ones there are not all good. Last time i went, it took over 3 hours to get a pedicure and dipped nails. My pedicure was terrible and 5 of my nails chipped/ broke within 2 days. Most of the problem occurred because the owner doing them kept getting up to answer the phone, wait on customers and even left to go do eyebrows in the middle of my dip! I felt like I was not valued as a customer. I was leaving on my Anniversary trip so could not go back for repairs! Very disappointing service. They lost me as a customer.

This was the best pedicure I have ever had! I was so relaxed and noticed that this salon did things that others have not or would not do with a basic pedicure. They were all very friendly and the environment was just relaxing in general. Will definitely be back to this salon. Thank you Michael and Ann for the best mother and daughter pedicure!

Came here for mani and pedi with my daughter but ended up leaving with just a pedi. It took nearly 3 hours for a toddler and myself just for a pedicure. The older woman who was very kind in assisting us did a very good job but she was very very slow. Either she could not understand English or she chose to ignore me whenever I spoke to her. Everytime I told her I already cut my own toe nails she would shake her head and continue with filing down my skin. I would love to come here again but I’d rather have another person assist us. The environment is clean and calm, the customers are much more friendlier than the workers. I hope I get a different vibe the next time i decide to come back.
