The first time I went there the young lady did my nails beautifully! The second time I got stuck with the old lady and she was rude, did a horrible job and she was almost 30 minutes late for my appt. After deciding on a color she painted one pinky nail and I decided I wanted a different color that I had picked out. She became rude and told me she didn’t have time for this and walked off. I asked her does she mean for me to leave? I was confused on what to do. So she came back and put the color packets in front of me and told me very harshly to pick a color now! I have appointments appointments appointments I don’t have time for you! I said I understood but she was the one late to MY appointment not the other way around. I just left money and told her never mind I was leaving. So I left with no polish on my crooked nails and had to go somewhere else and have them finished.

Made an appointment the day before . Arrived at appointment time . Not friendly when I arrived , told them I was there for my appointment , I was told to take a seat , there were 3 people already seated , all the stations were full . When stationed opened they took all three women that were ahead of me to stations . Why bother to make an appointment ? They need to check in each person , walk ins , and appointment call the appointment people first . Otherwise make the shop all walk ins , first come first first serve. Ridiculous way to run a business . Won’t go back .

I went in for a pedicure. She did an amazing job! It’s like I have brand new feet. I chose red and green for Holiday colors. This is my 2nd time having pedicures here and I will definitely be returning again.

Cindy did my nails and she did an amazing job! She really took her time to make them look super nice and catered to the changes I made last minute. Only downside was the wait. But it was a very friendly atmosphere!

Service was fantastic!! She was gentle and effective!! they were extremely fun and friendly, and did great work on my nails. I’m from out of state and they made my day so much better! They even taught me some words in Vietnamese!! I would happily reccomend Happy Nail to anyone!!

I set up to have my 6 year old daughter and her friend get their nails done for her birthday party. I asked first about both girls sitting down at the same time. Welp, no. Did one girl and the other waited, and waited. I will not come back, the service and communication is terrible.

I do not recommend this place if I could give it zero stars I would do it without thinking about it there is one person in particular who is rude he is already older but he has no right to treat and criticize his clients because that is what they pay him to do his job it is rude what he did with me today i was really stunned by the attitude of that rude woman its too small for how she really is dont go to this place
