I went with two friends and we all got acrylics. They were pretty busy and there was a wait. They did not push back my cuticles and kinda just lopped off the natural nails straight across. The filling was also not gentle at all and my nail beds are sore. My nails are too thick as we’re one of my friend’s. However my friend who’s birthday It was had it worse. Her’s came out lumpy and very unprofessional. Also, we were told conflicting information about prices. I was not charged extra for the cat eyes while my friend was told it was extra. My friend had been there before and got some butterflies on her acrylics but this time she was told they couldn’t do it. Too much conflicting information. And too much variety in quality.

*rating went from 2 star to 4 star, please read why* Came here in Sept 2018 because my sister recommended it. I got a nice ombre set. After they were done, I washed my hands and noticed that there was a huge gap between my nail and the fake on 6 of the nails. Not a very good job. All kinds of nasty stuff can get in there for the duration of the nails. If you wash your hands, moisture will get in that pocket and stay there, food, dirt, oil, etc can settle I’m and stay there. Anyways, when I told him all he did was put super glue in that pocket to seal it. There wasn’t much that could be done after the fact but the nails should’ve been checked when she was gluing them on at the beginning. Other than this issue, the rest of the session was fine. *edit* Dec 2018 I have been back for gel manicures and they are the best at that. I have had 3-4 gel manicures here. High quality gel that stays on and doesn’t chip easily. I won’t get an acrylic set again from here, but the gel manis are great. Also, they have some holiday hours to be aware of. I posted a picture.
