Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get a acrylic full set. Which is listed at $23 being the starting price. They charged me $30 . My nails were barely medium. And it’s normally a $5 up charge for long nails. They must be giving themselves a included tip and it’s not the first time they’ve done this to me either. They didn’t have the color I wanted in gel or regular polish. By the time the lady was done shaping my nails they were crooked and not the square shape I asked for, nor were they the same length on both hands. I kept asking her to sand it down more to fix them and I eventually gave up and just told her not even to paint them because someone else was going to have to fix them at this point. She didn’t clean my cuticles nor prep my nail bed before the set either. I broke my first nail 3 days later.
