I am very upset with the service. I have been here before, the lady does not smile at all and does not give you a chance to explain what you need. She worked on my feet and the water was cold and I told her and she just ignored it. She did not clean under my nails and left skin around around the toes. The nail polish is alll at the edges on the skin. She did not file anything and no top coat. Then she just ripped off the old dip off my nails and it really hurt. Definitely not coming back here.

It was my first time there and everyone was so so friendly and helpful. They do such great nail designs too! Catherine and her staff were so accommodating when we had last minute appointment changes too. My daughter loved her fist set of nails and couldn’t wait to show her friends! We will definitely be back.

The service was really nice besides they rushed my nails. I came in for a fill because my usual place was closed- my nails are lumpy feeling, super thick, and the shape is uneven and just not straight. I also asked for longer nails and she drilled them down. I really liked the lady I worked with she was super nice I’m just upset about how my nails were done and then the price after the service was disappointing.

Terrible manicure! It was costly and to top it off, a new employee performed my pedicure. She had trouble remembering the steps and did a poor job. Did not remove the dry, dead skin and had trouble applying the polish! Someone more experienced had to step in to finish. One week later- the polish is already coming off and the old, dry skin is very apparent. It was my first time trying this place- will never return!

Great job on my nails. Done in half an hour and like the many selections of colors and styles. The gentleman that did my nails was a bit rough in the handling of my nails but for the service and detail I overlooked that a bit. He really did do a great job on my hands. Didn’t like the constant leaving from my session to take other customers info when there were others who could have helped them while I was being taken care of. That is a bit annoying I have to say.
