I had an appointment and they started me like half an hour late. the lady who did my nails was really rushing so they were super uneven and there wasn’t polish on the edges, then I asked her to fix it but she just painted over it so it just looked lumpy. not to mention it’s expensive here, I live near Chicago and this is what I pay back home. and to top it off they used some really cheap bad nail polish bc over an hour after I was done my nails still aren’t fully dry. and you can check my profile I almost never write bad reviews but this place is terrible

I went with my friends and they made us pre-pay for our nails. When they were done my friend was about to cry because there were multiple chips, the design was messed up, and one of the nails was cricked. So we went back and asked them to at least fix it and they refused and ignored us. It was also my friends birthday and she wasted $40 dollars on terrible nails.

They do nails very well but professionalism is low. The man doing my nails would pick at his bare toes while waiting for the nails to cure under light. GROSS! I will not be going back because of that.

Called and asked ahead about a party of 4 coming for pedicures. They said to come on in. There were just 3 people working but they were so fast, efficient and kind. It was a pleasant experience. Pretty great pedicure too, my sister smudged her toe trying to show me her color ♀️but her nail technician fixed it for her. My mom ended up getting a manicure too. We were all happy and would recommend.
