Critical: Quality, ValueUpdate to reply to the owner 1/25/21- Yes I included the tip in my total paid and I am aware that I posted this review to the correct location.I had a pedicure while my best friend was getting a manicure. While doing my pedicure I kept feeling little pinches as he was cleaning up my cuticles and realized I was getting cut by the tools. I ended up with over 6 little nicks and a few larger cuts on my feet. He shaped my big toe nails into a unnatural shape. The polish on my toes looks uneven almost as if I did it at home myself but spent $38. I won’t be returning for a pedicure.My best friends manicure was amazing they did a few designs for Halloween and the shape/design was phenomenal. There’s a reason this place always has time to do your nails. After going here a few times for last minute nails.. I finally said never again. The shape was bad, the gel was still wet, and I had to get my nails re-done the next day elsewhere. That nail tech couldn’t believe how bad they were and suggested I report them to the cosmetology board. I’m not interested in doing that but I will never come here again.

First and last time! Shared a picture of what I wanted. Pearl White to pink ombré. Came out looking like a child did my nails! And the color was blotched white with a purple top coat which didn’t even cover all of the white! Even left white nail polish on my fingers. Worst manicure ever!!!! Gel manicures

None of the utensils were sterilized. I watched her do my nails and then proceeded to do the next person with the same tools. My acrylic Nails were as short as my regular nails. The colors I picked out she only had one that was not dried out. Color choices were very poor!! Will never be back and do not recommend!! Acrylic nails

Walked into Happy nails feeling exhausted and in need of a pick-me-up, left extremely happy and re-energized! Cindy did my nails and did an amazing job! I have extremely petite fingers I can never find anyone to do my nails right and can never find anybody that can quite get my nails right! She nailed it! Thank you again Cindy! Dip powder

On Friday September 13th I had my first ever pedicure and a manicure for my daughter’s wedding. I couldn’t be happier. This picture is of the manicure 8 days after! Everyone was so pleasant and very fast and efficient. When my nails start to grow out I usually trim them down but I love how they look so I may have to keep them long for a while. Thank you, I’ll be back I’m sure.

1st I will start by saying that in these days it’s a shame you can’t get anyone to do their actual job without offering an extra tip ! I’ve experienced this alot ! & they still won’t all the way fulfill it … in smaller towns they get away with it because there are not many options around ! It’s wrong to take advantage like that . I was there at the salon yesterday and asked for what I normally get which is a nice manicure & then gel paint & acrylic on toes and nails . my toes were done with no problem but when it was time for the hands she told the employee not to provide me with a manicure and to just paint my nails instead . I declined because I have very rough and messy cuticles so it was not going to look nice and neat without the manicure ! Also I called prior to my appointment and explained what I wanted , just to be told at the last minute it wasn’t gonna get fulfilled. So I left with no paint at all and the total was 103$ for getting a fill in on my toes and gel paint …. Also they talk ridiculously rude to you and if u even try to defend yourself they will call u a difficult person to deal with ! I experience a lot of this because I speak up for myself and don’t tolerate disrespect. I also heard the owner Mimi conversation with a client whom had asked her has she worked in bigger cities before and she said she hated it ! I know exactly why ! Because u cannot get away with treating them like that , over charging , and not fulfilling the task

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Extremely rude employees, and very poor record keeping. I had scheduled an appointment for 2 back on June 8th, about three weeks ago. We arrive the day of our appointment to discover they have no record of it. I even showed her the phone record of our conversation. The lady working simply said “there’s nothing we can do for you” even though there were 2 walk-ins sitting in the waiting area right behind us. I have never seen a business so ready to turn away paying customers before.

Horrible business practice. Sick lady who communicated via grunts and RUDimentary gestures took ten minutes to charge my wife and I $70 for two pedicures with no nail polish on one of them. Then the owner berates and belittles me for questioning the price. Why did I question it? Because my wife and I had pedicures in LA, California one year ago for half that price… LA the cost of living is triple what it is here FYI… Lady, here’s some free advice: The customer is always right.
