They always do a top notch job. I have been going here for over a year and no breaks, chips or cuts. They greet everyone and I’ve never been treated badly. If you go at the right times there is rarely a wait, but when they are busy, they get REALLY busy. I recommend!

The first time I went in, I was in a bind and forgot to make an appointment anywhere and needed my nails done for a wedding. I finally called to schedule instead of walking in and I saw Amy on my last visit. I can’t wait to go back to see her. She did the best job on my nails that I’ve had done by anyone. She was fast and tedious. Even a week later they look amazing! Only giving 4 stars due to lack of consistency in the past but have had many great experiences here. I’m hoping I find more consistency now! Will update!

I always get my eyebrows done here and since the pandemic they have been charging a $3 fee is you don’t pay with cash. Ok no problem, consider that your tip. Then one day I was desperate to get a shellac fill and pedicure. I didn’t have a wait. It took 2 hours to get both services because they have to stop and take care of the dogs and was charged $110 plus a 15% mandatory gratuity, so another 16.50 for my services. I will never return

I went to get a manicure done on September 4th and my right hand was not done correctly they were shaped differently and the polish was so bad so I did only tip $3 to the owners and the husband told me no $5 tip is minimum I can’t have you leave unless its a $5 dollar tip which I thought was ridiculous so I told them no I’m only giving $3 because she did not do a good job and he refused until I paid $5 for a tip then he let me leave. DO NOT GO THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!!!!

The lady didn’t listen to me when I asked her to make sure my nails were glued properly from lifting. She completely ignored me snd didn’t shape my nails properly. The owner upcharged my mother and I. We only got fill-ins done and he charged us $100. He also demanded we gave a tip. I paid for my mother and I and he still demanded we give a tip. He was very rude. Never again will I be going there.
