Went here on a whim. So glad I did, it’s my new nail place. It was a Friday so they were pretty busy but they had quite a few people working to get everyone in and out. I had a gentleman, Henry, I believe… he did such a wonderful pedicure. He took his time with my pedicure, wasn’t rushed, had a nice sense of humor and very pleasant. He also did a great job with my toes. He will be my go to person if possible. Pricing us pretty much comparable to most places. They have quite a few pedicures to choose from. After the pedicure I had my nails polished with a shellac mood polish.. changes from purple to blue, I love it. Would recommend but next time I’ll try early part of the week rather then the weekend.

Have been going here for quite a while, but the quality of service has gone done significantly. Whenever they get busy, they always rush the service and do a poor job. This time my nails were uneven lengths, uneven shape (even after me asking her to correct multiple times), and my cuticles are all messed up because she got so close to real skin with the drill. One of my cuticles even started bleeding and she didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. She also aggressively filed my nails, even after seeing that it was hurting me. All the skin around my nails and cuticles are sore and sting when I wash my hands from being cut. On top of all this, they’ve raised prices. Will definitely not be going back. Being busy does not justify poor service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to happy nails to get an extremely simple set and I had to pay 80 dollars and she left my nails looking like it was done by someone extremely inexperienced. I have one nail that has no acrylic on the side and I had acrylic stuck to my skin for a couple days.I asked her to take it off and she said no I asked her to remove the nails because I didn’t like them and she said no. I come here quite often. I don’t like to travel too far and out of my options of nails salons near me they are the best. I see a lot of bad reviews and I’ve had a couple long waits, or times where my services are rushed. In all seriousness it’s going to be like that anywhere you go that’s busy. If they aren’t busy they really take their time with you and give an amazing massage with their pedicures that’s what always has me coming back! I don’t get my nails done here I’ve had some bad experiences, but this is my pedicure spot!

I’ve been there twice now for mani and pedi. Pedi and mani were great the first time. Second time wasn’t the best experience. For pedi, nails weren’t cut even or shaped appropriately. And the top coat was all over the place. For mani, she rushed the entire experience and the shellac mani was done in 15 minutes. My nails soaked in water for like 30 seconds, didn’t get the right shape and cut was uneven, barely filed my nails, nail polish was clumpy and not cleaned around my cuticles, oh and didn’t apply cuticle oil.

Went for a pedicure date got there right after they opened very clean and we were serviced right away. The guy who was doing my pedicure was a bit rough and I had to give him the death stare a few times but I would return.

I’ve been here 3 times. The first time was a good experience, the second time not so much. I was doing a color change on my real nails I had one fake tip on my middle finger and after being ask 4 times to take it off the elderly lady (i can’t remember her name) ripped it off with attitude without even soaking it! She literally brought tears to my eyes. I went again yesterday and asked for the owner specifically. She does amazing work! She took her time and made sure it was happy with what she did before moving on. I won’t let anyone there touch my nails except her!

I tried my hardest not to cry while I was there. I asked for an ombré set and if she was unable to do it she should of told me so I could of gone to someone else.. Two hours of her trying I blink and before I know it she’s taken the dip powder off and drills my nails again and totally messing up the shape. I figured “she’s fixing it” then she just paints them black . What!?! I did not know what to do. I didn’t know what to say. I did not want to cry in front of people. The end result was not at all what i asked for, the polish is splotchy, a mess , looks sloppy, none of the nail shapes match, they are CROOKED and IT WASN’T WHAT I ASKED FOR. My nails are so messed up and they hurt! I also paid $50 for this terrible experience.

Terrible job! I got my nails done here and it was definitely over priced… I will never come here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to Happy Nails in Allen Park. A few DAYS after I got a full set I woke up from my nap and shortly noticed 2 of nails were gone without a trace… half of it still remaining on my real finger nails.. downright ridiculous.. I found the other half of the acrylic just now. I had to write a review.
