First one is what i asked for but wanted the hearts to be chrome. The chrome looks terrible and is messy and isn’t even the color I asked for. Ive had the set for one day and they already chipped. I went back inside and asked if could get a refund of any kind and they said no absolutely not. I showed them where it chipped and they said “there is no way it chipped, what did you do to make it chip” so I spent 60$ on absolute garbage nails and couldnt even do anything about it. Also another person getting their nails done said out loud that she had fungus on her nails and they just did nothing?? This place is terrible literally never going again. Disgusting and a waste of money.

Positive: ValueI walked in without an appointment to have some old gel nail polish removed. I told the gentleman who came up to help me that I just wanted to have the old polish removed. I’ve had nail techs in the past who have gone overboard with the dremel while removing gel polish which left my nails feeling rough and looking scratched. Not only did he do a good job with the dremel, he also buffed and filed my nails for me and applied some cuticle oil. I’ve never had such smooth nails after having gel polish removed! I walked in without an appointment to have some old gel nail polish removed. I told the gentleman who came up to help me that I just wanted to have the old polish removed. I’ve had nail techs in the past who have gone overboard with the dremel while removing gel polish which left my nails feeling rough and looking scratched. Not only did he do a good job with the dremel, he also buffed and filed my nails for me and applied some cuticle oil. I’ve never had such smooth nails after having gel polish removed! I stopped in without an appointment to get a plain manicure (polish only) before my cousin’s wedding. They were able to get me in right away, and they were very quick. I was very pleased with the quality and price of the service I received. They had a decent amount of polishes to choose from in my opinion. I don’t have any complaints and I would definitely visit again.

My friend and I wanted to get a last minute pedicure together so we walked in with no appointment – mind you this is July 2020 so COVID panic is still in the air. They were willing to accommodate us as best they could and offered to do one pedicure at a time, but we opted to come back in an hour so we could get our pedicures done together. We wasted some time around the area at stores like Vons then made our way back to the nail salon. When we arrived we were instructed to choose a nail polish color and then shown to a comfortable massage chair. The facility was very clean, water was perfect and hot, and the pedicure was incredibly relaxing. Our nail hosts were kind and asked us funny questions to make us feel comfortable. They also did an incredible job with a foot and leg massage, gentle exfoliation, and hot towels wrap.

I am visiting from out of state and am used to a more aggressive and deep clean kind of a pedicure. I felt like my technician barely scrubbed my feet and didn’t clean under my nails very well. When I asked her to clean under my nail, she didn’t understand. I’ll definitely be doing a more through deep clean when I get home. The massage was underwhelming and short. They had a small selection of polish colors and many of the colors I was looking for looked dried out. The place is clean and the staff was polite, but not very engaging. They did a nice job with the polish.

happy nails is very hit or miss. there are some techs who do a great job and others who don’t. i would also recommend making an appointment so that you aren’t forced to wait. most people complaining about waiting are being passed up by those with appointments. overall its a great shop close to campus, get a feel for who you like and make your appointments with them.

Wonderful place to go! I am a regular at this salon for my gel manicures. I see Kim, and she does the most fabulous job. The prices are reasonable and if there is a mistake or a broken nail (from a hard work week), it is always fixed. I have tried other salons around town and none compare to the quality of service I receive here.
