I’ve been here several times and they do an adequate basic mani/pedi but today when I went in with an 11:00 appointment there was no one available and I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. She then asked the lady whom she was working on if she had an 11:00 appointment and she replied her appointment was noon but she called and asked to come in at 11 and was told yes. So they told me sorry you have to wait. I left. The salon is very convenient for me but I won’t be returning.

NOT happy with results. HORRIBLERegular mani/pedi, on real nails and it looks awful. Terrible job removing cuticles/skin, nail polish doesn’t make it all the way up my nail, you can see the gap and clump of nail polish.

I just moved to Melbourne from south Florida. I have tried 3 different places for my nails that were all unsatisfactory…UNTIL.. I went to Mason at Happy Nails. He is “Simply the Best”. He takes his time and is extremely “particular”. I’ve been there twice and let me tell you, he does not disappoint! My search for a great nail tech in Melbourne is over!

This place is awful. I would’ve put negative stars if it was possible. I went on vacation and this was the only place near by that was opened. I needed acrylic nails off and put new ones on with an ombre dip gel. Wow did she ruin my nails. She filed them SO paper thin and put my nail tips on crooked. When I got home I went to my amazing nail place who spent over an hour taking off the large amount of dip gel off my nails and had to be extremely careful to not file because of how painful my nails were from the butchery I experienced here. They are more focused on getting people in and out rather than doing quality work. If you’re not a regular and you’re on vacation I would advise not to go here.

This place is very unprofessional and would not recommend. I went there for a repaint (I went in with a dark green nail polish). And when I picked out my color that I wanted to repaint with, I went with a baby blue color. And he just painted the light blue color right over the green polish! Not taking off the green color! So I had to stop him and he tried to take off the color with the drill and cut me multiple times! He ignores what you try to tell him. Would not go there again!

They do a great job. Tons of colors . I get the SNS on my fingers and they are way better at helping me match my toe color than I am. Appointments are rarely necessary.
