My friend and I went there as a birthday gift to me. We wanted pedicures. They seated us and the ladies that came over. To take care of us. Kept pushing the most expensive package , we told them we just want the basic. They the. Proceeded to do a more expensive package and got upset when we told them that isn’t what we wanted. The lady with me managed to cut three of my toes and made them bleed. No I’m sorry or anything. Then she repeatedly either put a file I. Or her fi get nail in the edge of my big toe where she cut it earlier and .are it bleed again and again. Still no I’m sorry. I had gell polish put in my toes cause it last longer , the gel lamp she used seemed really hot on my toes. I kept pulling my toes back and she kept jamming them back under ( she didn’t understand a word I told her) so I get out of the car down the road and look at my feet and I now have a big blister on my toe from the gel lamp . This is the absolute worst place I have ever gone to. Save your toes and go somewhere else.

I have been there twice. I was referred to male tech Vo. He is awesome! I have my healthy nails back! He did the SNS dip. Perfection. He did a wonderful gel pedicure as well. The owner did a great pedi on me second time. It does seem true by one review that it depends on the tech. I have tried several in town and he is by the far the best. Fast too. If you just go in for regular mani pedi, well, frankly they don’t last. There was another dude in there doing tips and he looked like he would be super good too! Make an appt. with one of these guys. you won’t be sorry! Addendum: The young guy Mins is awesome!!! Best in town! Perfectionist, funny, has personality, fast! He is my permanent go to. You ladies who are unhappy with pedi’s, get a gel pedi, but the guys are the nail masters and I have been to a lot of techs! Mins is my forever tech as long as he is around!

During my entire pedicure, four employees were talking among themselves in their native language. SO RUDE! In addition to talking with these other employees, my technician was also on the phone with someone else the entire time she did my feet. I had to tell her that she had not done my right heel. She then gave me an irritated look and swiped over it once with no effect on the callus there. This is my second and last time using this place. Never again. Absolutely not.

So this place used to be my go to. Always seated immediately upon arrival, quick and quality manicures. Their service has gone down hill so quickly. I’m not sure if there is new management because there are tons of new employees I’ve never seen here before. Everytime I come now It takes me HOURS. The last straw was when my little sister came to get her nails done with me. We had appts for 4:45 pm. It is 7 and we are still sitting here. We only came for her to get a coffin manicure with a small swivel design. I’m shook.

My family has gone here for years. Reading these reviews was very confusing for me. No matter how busy, they will try to fit you in. They are such lovely people and I have never seen them be rude to anyone. In Saint Augustine, this is always my first choice. Everyone here is talented- but if you want stiletto, Jenny is queen. I was in last night right before closing, and she came back to do my nails. Please look at how even and precise this acrylic is.

They got me in and out fast but didn’t rush the service. They didn’t comment on my nails when I asked for acrylics, which I appreciate as sometimes I’ve gone into other place and they talk about how I bite my nails and how bad it is. I requested a manicure with clear nail polish. The first technician, Kim, removed my powder gel finish and then went back to resume a pedicure. About 15 minutes later, another nail tech sat down across from me and removed the aluminum foil with the cotton balls and filed away the rest of the polish and roughly filed the ends of my nails. She applied cuticle remover to my nails and then instructed me to wash them. When I came back, I asked her is she was planning to trim my cuticles and she told me, “No color polish, no cuticle trimming.” I asked her to file my nails shorter and she roughly filed them straight across. It was so awful that I took out my own nail file from my purse and worked on filing my nails, including rounding the corners. The nail tech then applied one coat of uncercoat and one coat of clear and again repeated that, “No color polish, no cuticle trimming.” My nails have scratches across them and the finish is rough. The nail tech was rude. A nearby male tech who was working on another customer, apologized.

do NOT go here I was told my nails would be 45 after being told white tips was the cheaper option, the nails turned out very ok definitely nothing great and i get up to the counter to pay and am told my nails are 60…. definitely a scam they charge you whatever they feel like will not be returning

Fast service and did a decent job at dipped nails; however, there are no problem solving skills here. The answer seems to be a solid no. I felt terrible for the lady next me. (Let’s call her A) She was very clear in what she wanted. The girl working there kept telling A what she wanted, when A was very clear in her requests. It’s sad when customer service is about doing what you feel is a good idea and not what the actual customer wants. ( I don’t make a habit of leaving bad reviews, but this was honestly unacceptable.)
