My experience at Happy Nails was a love and hate experience. Location was great! Customer service needs a little work. Service was great although it’s best to make an appointment for the best services. This location was clean, reasonable prices and practices Covid19 guidelines. Wearing a mask was optional & washing hands before service was required.

Nice clean shop and beautiful results. I was there with my sister so not too worried about the friendliness of the staff. We did have a little bit of a wait but it was Sunday after lunch and we were chatting so that was no problem.

This place was my mom and I’s regular nail spot until today. Scheduled an appointment, showed up on time. Got started with tips, and showed my tech what I wanted to get (which was almond French ombré). Waited for 1.5 hours to only have tips glued on, and be told I would wait for another nail tech to do my nails. During this time, I was bounced from chair to chair, with only tips on. They wouldn’t even put tips on my thumb nails. When I asked why, they would say “your nail tech will do it”. Ended up telling them to take tips off and forget about it. On top of this, the tech my mom was with was repeatedly cutting her cuticles with a file. Tech still didn’t listen even after my mom asked her to please be careful. Mom wanted French, but the lady didn’t know how to do that. Will not be returning to this place. Pictures attached for reference.

It was hot-cold for me. They were nicevin receiving me, very clean. I like that there’s linings in the footbath. But the technician that I had (tall male, with long hair) seemed unhappy with his job or maybe racist–I don’t know but he serviced me with a frown. negative gestures towards me; for instance, when I said something to him, he’d walk away in the middle of what I was saying. He did great work and didn’t hurt me. In the end, without my knowledge, he polished my nails with glow in the dark polish (green)! How mean! I was only given one set of samples without wording to choose from. The color I picked was a little off when it was put on my fingers, but I definitely didn’t know they were glow the dark nails! Why did he give those samples to me? Overall he does great work. I’m torn about going back…he does great work, although mean-spirited. Could be his personality? He’s like this with everyone? God forbid!

A nice and calm atmosphere with great quality service! I have had 3 different people work on my nails and their all very professional. However the one male at the first station… talk about amazingly fast and skilled with the tools. Never once burned me either!!

The young lady who did my nails did a great job. The guy with the long hair did a fabulous job on my pedicure. He was so thorough and meticulous. My right big toenail came off and grew back, but didn’t come back it’s original shape. It looked like a nail from a club toe. He reshaped my toenail and now my right toenail looks just like my left big toenail. But they get 4 stars because of their attitudes as we were coming in the door after we were waiting for them to open on time on Sunday. They just to work on their dispositions to match their skills.

I have been going to Happy Nails for almost one year and truly love my nails every time! I used to frequent another nail salon before deciding to try Happy Nails and was hooked immediately. I have my favorite technician and will wait to get my nails done if she or my wife’s favorite technician can’t do them. These are my real nails with a gel overlay, grown out and cared for by my fave tech. It’s a mood polish, hence the two tones. I’ve had some really ugly breaks, but they worked their magic and saved my nails! I recommend Happy Nails if you like good work and a large selection of polishes to choose from.

Pedicure was great. No complaints there. The only thing that really upset me was I was first and the lady who was getting her nails done decided she couldn’t wait for her pedicure by someone else. Had them switch to finish my pedicure. Without even asking. I don’t appreciate the way Michael did that. No customers are priority. First come first serve.whether I’m a regular or not shouldn’t matter. He did whatever she asked. And after Michael made the guy switch with the younger girl. The older woman switched with her to do someone’s nails who came in later!
