Critical: Qualityso I went on April 24th with my mother and friend. When I went in the shop was empty so we were seated almost immediately. They were nice at first and started my nails. After a few minutes they left me with wet nails and worked on my friends. An HOUR later someone finally came to work on my nails. They cut my fingers multiple times to the point of bleeding. 4 days after getting them done I noticed bubbles in my nails and by the end of the 4th day one had popped. so I went on April 24th with my mother and friend. When I went in the shop was empty so we were seated almost immediately. They were nice at first and started my nails. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueComplete unprofessional business. My bonus mom went to this location today to spend quality time with my sister since she is getting married tomorrow. The nail tech ruin the experience and left my bonus mom in tears. Shamed her openly over and over again due to shape of her nail (cause by medical conditions). She informed him she went 3 weeks ago to get he nails done and called her a lier over and over again. There is no need in treating any customer this way. Ruining a beautiful experience with with my sister and mother. My sister and mother deserve a full refund for the treatment recieved by the nail tech.Complete unprofessional business.
