GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY!! When I went there last week, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. I got both a manicure and a pedicure. At one point I had two nail techs working on me at the same time! They were amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxing as well. After over a week of wear and tear, my toenails are looking better than ever! Thank you Happy Nails!

I literally had the worst experience here today. This was my second time coming to Happy Nails. The first time I had a pedicure and the lady I had did amazing. So I figured I’d give this place a second go. Well to my surprise I had a lady today that did HORRIBLE on my nails. Let’s start with the fact that I made an appointment for 2:15 and didn’t get started on until 2:30. When the lady came over she didn’t even greet me. She just started my pedi. Before she even started I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and she could not get the French tip like the image and seemed as if she was getting aggravated with me because she couldn’t get it right. On top of that, she barely scrubbed my feet during the pedicure or massaged me which I payed for. Fast forward to my full set. I said I wanted a dip full set French tip which over the phone another lady I spoke to made it seem easy. But when the lady I had started my nails a man suggested they do pink and white acrylic instead to get the look I wanted. I said fine. Now again the whole time I had my phone open for reference of how I wanted my nails EXACTLY. The man that started on my nails seemed nice. But when the lady who did my pedi came to finish my nails she yet again could not get my French tip correct. I told her 3 times I did not like the shape and could she file more tapered square. She stated that she wasn’t done yet so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well she tried to fix it once then asked me how I liked the shape. I told her I still did not like the shape and could she file in more. At this point I could tell she was annoyed with me by the way she was doing my nails. She filed and buzzed whatever else she had to finish and basically told me to wash my hands. Once I washed and came back she put a top coat on both hands for me to stick under the light and just walked off. Didn’t say anything. Walked off to do another persons hands. So because she said nothing I assumed she was done and walked to the register to pay. No cuticle oil. No lotion. No nothing. I literally left this place in tears because I was so unhappy with how she did my nails and the terrible attitude/service I received because she couldn’t get my nails right. My right hand French tips are noticeably different then my left. DO NOT come here looking to get anything besides a basic gel polish for your hands and feet because clearly this salon is not up with the trends these days. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and something that I thought was going to be a relaxing mani/pedi turned into a disaster. Attaching pictures of my nails for reference.

They were very sanitary & followed strict precautions to keep customers & staff save from germs such as Covid. The man that did my nails did a really great job!! He took his time to make sure they were done perfectly & didn’t rush through it. And the price was good & reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I went to get ombré nails on a Friday and showed them a pic of what I wanted. The lady that did my nails made mistakes and also cut me when she was filing. The end result didn’t even look like the pic and she even admitted and apologized. I was fine w/ it because it looked okay and she was nice. That night and the next day polish that they put on the nails to make them shine was peeling off so I went there for them to fix it. The ombré that I got was white on the top n pink on the bottom. I was telling the guy that was doing my nails that it didn’t match. He basically insinuated that I should be grateful that he’s doing the nails.

I went here in February and had a great experience. My mom and I have been coming to Happy Nails for years. However in April of 2019 I went here to get acrylics. The lady that did them made them way too long after i asked her multiple times to do it shorter. Then when she was filing my nails she accidentally did it too much to where she cut my skin. I was bleeding on the file that had looked like it had been used multiple times before, I can only hope she threw it away after I bleed on it. I then felt a bad stinging feeling in my hand not only where the cut was but on some of my fingers which only lasted while I was getting my nails done. We left and payed for services rendered since we had received services. Within days of having my nails done my acrylics fell off. My moms also chipped. We’re very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

This was my first time at Happy Nails. I must say Vincent did an amazing job with my acrylic nails. He pays attention to detail, professional, knowledgeable he is great. Henry did my pedicure and he was amazing as well, he also pays attention to detail, pleasant, professional.

My daughter and I had our nails done here by two different people. Her tech used an additional priming step and mine did not. My gel polish was peeling off after 5 days while hers still looks good almost two weeks later. I did go back after mine started peeling and the three affected nails were redone exactly as they were originally. Three days later, the polish of one the same nails peeled completely off.
