Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was really looking forward to getting my nails done for New Years. It took almost 2 hours, which I understand these things take time. But for the two hours I sat there, I was not impressed with the quality. I asked for coffin shaped and only half of my nails are actually coffin shaped. The acrylic is not even on some of them and you can see the gel too coat on my cuticle, it looks very sloppy. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done for New Years. It took almost 2 hours, which I understand these things take time. But for the two hours I sat there, I was not impressed with the quality. I asked for coffin shaped and only half of my nails are actually coffin shaped. I was the first customer in the establishment was seated for a pedicure. The latino guy I had at first dismissed me for another customer who he said to the other woman who was proceeding to take the other customer to do my pedicure. Mind you I was there first. Once another lady was there he moved on to another woman. Rude in my eyes. I didn’t speak about the behavior. Once he said that to her u could see anger and frustration in the woman. I should have got up and left then. The woman I had who did both my pedicure and manicure was coughing my direction before putting on a mask at the beginning of doing my manicure. I was there for 3 hours people who were there at the same time as I finished way before me and we had the same treatment both mani n pedicure. She cut me not once but twice. Although the job wasn’t rushed on my nails it’s still very messy. But let me tell u once I was checking out the guy said 52 dollars and once I pulled out a 100 he said oh I thought this was for the other woman who was never no where near me and apologized and said it will be 101. Never coming here again. I am okay with 1 issue but clearly I wasn’t valued enough here and I’m not difficult I’m quiet and understanding. It’s the 3rd finger with the cut.

Went in to get a repair and fill on a gorgeous set! I’m a nail baddie. I Asked to make sure someone could redo a similar set. I was assured they could. Only to later be told they can only do straight colors, no rhinestones, no fades, no designs, no ombres NOTHING!!

I really appreciated the walk in availability this morning but for a 2 hour service (gel manicure and a regular pedicure) I was highly disappointed for my manicure to chip on multiple nails only 2 hours later without really even using my hands. They put on too much polish and it’s chipping on almost all nails now 4 hours later. Worst manicure of my life and won’t go back. Prices are reasonable but now I know why.

I would not recommend this place ever to anyone again. This is the second time that I was hurt while having my nails done. Anyone in the business knows that you do not rip off Dip nails then break into your own nail beds. If you don’t want to take the time to do them say so when you are getting paid good money you should respect and do a good job. Sad to say this because most of the ones there are good but I flew from New England for the weekend and thought I should support my states local business and instead I get pain and attitude for these reasons I will never use this place ever again and would not recommend anyone else to

I came in yesterday as a walk-in since Alex wasn’t available and ended up getting Tina to do my pedicure. I asked her twice to use the machine to buff my nails and she insisted it would be fine with the hand buffer. After she painted my toes I pointed out why I requested the machine to be used. She caught a major attitude and rolled her eyes. She repainted the one nail, but overall I was not satisfied with my experience or my pedicure. I felt as though my service was rushed and the paint job was not worth the money I paid. Not to mention having to come home and scrub my own feet. This is unacceptable service for customers who are paying their hard earned money not to be satisfied and to deal with attitudes from employees.

Me and my two children got Dip power manicures today. I had a man, who messed my hands up. I mean he literally cut my fingers and when I said “Ouch, you’re cutting me.” He rolls his eyes and continues to make rude gestures. For one it’s overpriced for their services especially when they are rude and don’t even try to meet your needs. I told the receptionist and made it clear how rude and disrespectful the man was and she laughed and brushed it off. I wish I knew how terrible their service was before I went. My kids had good nail techs and it’s unfortunate I have to write this about a man..

Nope. Wont go back. While this place has two walls of nail colors and a pedicure nook that looks full of zen and ambiance – the vibes are not awesome. They seem to be lacking a certain give-a-poo factor.

This was my first visit. I hope I just chose a bad day to go here. I was told several employees went away together so they were short staffed. I had already waited a long time and was not leaving. I waited 2-1/2 hours. I was not very happy with the clean up job I received on my nails. I had acrylic under my nails when she was done. I had to ask her to clean it up. My nails did end up looking nice. I may give them another try.
