Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were rude! We waited an hour to get service The man that I think is the owner had an attitude and he projected on to the customers he made up outrageous prices just to discourage me from getting the details on my nails that I wanted which was simple just a pink French but on a slant and he wasn’t even the person doing my nails. The lady who did my pedicure barely did anything to my feet they soaked then she put lotion on rubbed it in then paint my nails and she used the wrong color and when I asked her to fix it she said she will buy the same guy the owner got an attitude again and told her something in their language they do that often as well this was maybe my fifth time coming here again to top off all the disrespect I got a nail fungus from themServices: Acrylic nails, PedicureThey were rude! They were rude! We waited an hour to get service The man that I think is the owner had an attitude and he projected on to the customers he made up outrageous prices just to discourage me from getting the details on my nails that I wanted which was simple just a pink French but on a slant and he wasn’t even the person doing my nails. After she applied them I was told to move to another chair for a male nail tech. He was gentle but my nails definitely were not any way square. They were also VERY crooked and curled, I just thank the nail god’s I somewhat knew what I was doing to somewhat fix it after still having to pay 65$. THIS IS ONLY ONE WEEK OF HAVING THEM DONE! THEY ARE LITERALLY POPPING OFF WITHOUT ME EVEN TOUCHING THEM OR USING FORCE! Never again. Couldn’t get an appointment for my regular nail salon so I decided to try a new place. Lady asked how long I wanted them. I told her semi long and SQUARE.
