I got a pedicure and manicure and the service was poor; I’ve been to better nail salons with higher quality customer service. The hot towels that were used on my feet stuck. The lady that was doing my pedicure didn’t speak to me and was not going to give me sandals for my feet. I had to ask for my scandals. I went to the Wytheville, VA location. They will not be getting any more of my business.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter wanted her nails done. She spent $40 of her own money to get them done. The guy that did them was rough and didn’t even finish her nails. They didn’t put a second coat on one of her hands. You can definitely tell a difference. We could have done them at home for free!!Service: Gel manicures

The man at the front is incredibly rude. I had to return the day after my pedi bc the polish was so thick that it rubbed off my big toes while I was asleep. I will not return again Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI do not recommend getting your nails done at Happy Nails. Their performance is awful. The lady that did my nails did not push down my cuticles, filed my nails so hard that they bled, and she did not clean up my nails after she had finished them. She ordered me to dry my nails with a mini fan (not effective) and walked off to the back room. I was left sitting for 30 minutes. I expected her to come back and clean up my nails, but she never showed, so I got up and left. She had left my nails with dried up, dipping powder around them. I do not recommend getting your nails done at Happy Nails. Their performance is awful. The lady that did my nails did not push down my cuticles, filed my nails so hard that they bled, and she did not clean up my nails after she had finished them. My son and I went pedicures and they did a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using this establishment for all of our manicure/pedicure needs.

I made an appointment 1 day prior to getting my nails done. When I got there, people that arrived AFTER I did got in BEFORE me. There was a little girl who had gotten her nails painted & the lady started screaming at her for going to grab her phone. I understand she didn’t want her to mess her nails up, but she had no right raising her voice like that to a child. Then, IN THE MIDDLE of getting my nails done (she had just trimmed them to the size I wanted so she obviously wasn’t even near being done yet) the lady took her 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK! I don’t know about you guys, but if i had my own business, I’d close for an hour near noon so my employees can have their lunch break. When she started applying the color, i had asked for one more coat on two of my nails & she looked at me, rolled her eyes & said “i guess.” I went with my friend, & i was taken in 15-20 minutes before her. she was done for almost 20 minutes before i even sat down for them to dry. I’ve been here multiple times before, but the service I received this day was extremely uncalled for. I’ll never go there for their service again. Thankfully, there’s another nail salon across town that actually treats their customers with respect. So, if you’re in the Wytheville area, I recommend going to K’s Nails. It’s only $2 more & you’ll actually get to enjoy your time spent there.

Not only did they ruin the shapes of the acrylic, whenever my wife pointed out the error they did not simply fix it they charged us 35 dollars for it and told us that if we wanted it to be fixed it would cost another 40 dollars. We have been to multiple nail salons and never had any issues. We never would have come here if it wasn’t for this place having appointments available when everyone else was busy. I can completely see why they had appointments available. Never again will we be back and I will never tell anyone to come here. Not only did they ruin the shapes of the acrylic, whenever my wife pointed out the error they did not simply fix it they charged us 35 dollars for it and told us that if we wanted it to be fixed it would cost another 40 dollars.
