Paid $15 more for some sugar scrub. Guy left me to sit at the pedicure tub and went to work on someone else. I was with my friend, who got the cheaper pedicure, and she was sitting there longer than i was. My best friend is a POC and was upcharged for her service and couldn’t be given an explanation as to why they had charged her $5 more than what the menu said for her service. Never will come back here. Star added for the complimentary drinks, and snacks, and for a decent toe paint.

Take it from someone who, almost never writes reviews. But this was absolutely necessary. Please steer away from this nail salon. I went in on a Saturday to get a full set. My nails actually didn’t come out to bad. However by Tuesday, 2 nails were already lifting and I also broke a nail. Went in on Wednesday, to get it fixed and that experience was completely atrocious. They couldn’t find the original colors I had on my nails, so instead of the 3 falls colors I had, I now had 5 different colors on my nails, and to make matters worse, the broken nail that got “fixed” looked a hot mess, the shape did look not look anything like a coffin, it was uneven, and not to mention lumpy, the polish applied looked wavy, instead of smooth. When they filed my naiI, they were so rough my finger almost bleed, and now it tender to touch. I am a person who never complains, and I don’t mind paying for any service that I receive. But I will never set foot into this nail salon, ever again, I don’t care, if this was the only nail salon in richmond. I strongly believe all the employees, including the owner NEED take a refresher course, on how to do nails, the “RIGHT” way. We spend way to much time and money, to settle for this mediocre service. NEVER AGAIN. Please do your homework, ask around, surf the web, if you have to. Do not go here under any circumstance, you will literally, be wasting your money.

The worst pedicure in my life. A guy did my nails so terribly the wife who worked there had redo them entirely. The most wasteful $52 I ever spent. He burned me with the drill and tore of my upper cuticle while trying to take the gel off. This was almost 2 hours of my life I can’t get back.

Very rush job! Went there for many pedi but couldn’t enjoy the service. Added scrub for lil longer massage but didn’t know they would wash it off right after the application. I didn’t say anything and waited thinking they would give me a lotion massage but Nope! I am a queen

I will only go if Amy is available. I let someone else do my nails and the gel was so thin, it was peeling off. Eventually, I had to peel it off. Amy takes a little longer, but she’s really good, personable and sweet. I’d rather wait for quality service than get someone who rushes to get to the next person. Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing

First time there felt like all they did was try to sell me more services. Came in to try the acrylic fill, see how long it would take and how good of a job they did. First they offered me a free glass of wine. My personal view is that the wine isn’t really free your paying for it with the price of the service. It was also 10 in the morning when I was there. The salon is clean, well organized and lots of stations for pedicures and manicures. Prices are a little higher than my usual salon and the service took a little over an hour. But the constant queries regarding additional services did get on my nerves a little. There was one other thing that bothered me was the nail color at the end if my appointment. Granted they have a ton if choices to pick from and I’ll admit I’m quite particular but after you take all the time to select the right sample you would hope the final product would look the same, and it was a few shades lighter than the sample.
