Critical: Quality, ValueThe lady who did my nails put so much acrylic on one hand that the nails were super fat and chunky on one hand. I told her that i didn’t like them because of that but that I would pay for them anyway and have them redone somewhere else. I recieved a text the next day from Sara saying to come back to the shop for them to fix the nails and I declined because I didn’t trust them to do them right at this point. Less than a week after getting them done, one nail has come completely off (keep in mind these are all my real nails with overlay) and the acrylic on another raised up and threatened to break another. I still will never go back to this store to get my nails or anything else done but at this point I will be seeking a refund. The lady who did my nails put so much acrylic on one hand that the nails were super fat and chunky on one hand. I told her that i didn’t like them because of that but that I would pay for them anyway and have them redone somewhere else. I have been going to happy nails off and on for years. I used to go to Tony but he has been out for a while. So I tried my luck today and got Jimmy.. I would like to say he did an amazing job.. 5 . I will be returning faithfully.

They have a lady in there doing nails and I had never seen her before ans she was awful and charged me $25 to take off Gel and put on regular nail polish. I could have done this at home myself. She took forever. They lost a good customer. Polish removal

Only gave 2 stars because my pedicure was excellent(by a different nail tech) The owner Sara was not in when I got my nails done I was referred by the receptionist to another lady. She did a horrible job! My fingers have hangnails now & she DID NOT fix my nails. My nails are very lumpy and not smooth! She did not know what she was doing as far as the stones design nails and a day later they are all almost gone! (Which I paid $5 a nail) I DO NOT recommend going here UNLESS the owner Sara is doing your nails. My birthday nails are ruined

I have been going here for years on and off but the last couple times it has not been quite the same. I currently get my nails dipped and because they want to service as many people as possible they insist on doing your pedicure first. I picked my colors and they were out of my first 2 choices. Red flag number one but we proceed. Red flag number two they are out of my top 2 picks for my dip. So the gentlemen ( I use this term loosely) picked a color he stated was similar it was not. Once I shared my dissatisfaction he went off so I returned that same negative energy. He had to be asked to leave out because he was screaming and going off. The question is why is he mad? I’m the one who paid my money for a service and did not receive what I paid or asked for. They won’t be seeing me again.

12/30/21 Very disappointing. My full-set was rushed & poorly done. My nails are very thin & weak. $40 & I had clear polish,no gel. Look as if my nails are a week or two old. They make random prices ♀️Angela instantly changed her friendly demeanor,once I told her no gel,just clear polish. She dropped the price down $10. My pedi was ok. I won’t be returning tho.

Took no time to shape/file my nails and didn’t correctly prepare my cuticles. I’m offended because somehow they don’t expect you to know the acrylic nail process. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and know the process to great work takes more time and precision. I even spoke up and asked her to put more shape to them and she lightly swiped the file on each nail with no real care for customer satisfaction. At this point I just wanted to leave and not return. Kept filing my real skin.Then, it got worse with my fingers! I kept telling “Angela” I just only want the acrylic removed. TAKEN OFF. And thought that I just wanted the refill.
