I would give a 0 if I could. For me, I got a gel pedicure and told them in advance that I had a big tear on my big toe nail and I was assured they would fix it but 2 days later half my nail tore off. Also gel manicure and before on week it was peeling, the design was supposed to be a cute cherry design , showed a picture and he did a horrible job. My stepdaughter got nail designs on her nails for her trip to Florida the next day and the put the designs on certain fingers on the right hand and different fingers on the left. We had no time to stick around . What a waste of $180!! The picture is of my nails exactly on week later. Designs are horrible !!!

For the most part I enjoyed the experience while I was in the salon. It was quiet, the hot wax and towels felt amazing, and the massage chairs were relaxing. It seemed like a pretty standard pedicure. I paid $15 extra to get gel polish on my toenails since the person at the desk swore it would last longer than regular polish. However the person who painted my nails that day rushed between coats because an appointment came in right after us, and unfortunately that meant that my pedicure was ruined by the time I got home since the only layer that got a chance to dry was the last one. My pedicure was ruined when I got home and chipped off over the next few days.

Horrible Experience. Took my 16 year old in for first time today for gel paint on nails and a pedi. They asked if she wanted a mani. She did not She just wanted the pedicure and gel paint. Later they began to soak fingers in bowl of water. I told them she didn’t want a mani. They continued. Three times we told them no, and they kept doing it. The third time i told them No, the lady told me to relax! Then they of course tried to charge us. I argued with them that we told them three times no and they chose not to listen. My daughter (limited funds) paid the bill as she was emabarassed and i told her not to tip.

Critical: QualityCame here and got a pedicure and acrylics. During the pedicure the tech didn’t tell me what he was doing and tried to rip out an ingrown toenail. He then PUT IT BACK and now it is throbbing and infected. The lady that did my nails was sweet but was too rough. She cut me two times and said “it’s fine I’m putting alcohol in it” and was going so rough I was on the brink of tears I told her it hurts and she said she can’t do it any gentler. She put my nails on crooked and made some way too thin. It’s the next day and I’m in physical pain. Also woman working the front desk is extremely rude. Came here and got a pedicure and acrylics. During the pedicure the tech didn’t tell me what he was doing and tried to rip out an ingrown toenail. He then PUT IT BACK and now it is throbbing and infected. The lady that did my nails was sweet but was too rough. I do not doubt the skills of these people… However, Don’t you just HATE when you go in for a service and they really don’t give. Scrap about what you want? And want to give you what is easier for them! I want my nails shorter! And then the whole Vietnamese starts to emerge. This is such unethical customer service practice.

After about 15 minutes, they sat me in a pedicure chair. 15 minutes later, they started on the people sitting next to me and were rushing to get them done. Another staff member went between 2 people’s feet and another person’s hands without wearing gloves or washing her hands. While I was sitting and waiting, they told 4 walk-ins it would be 30 minutes until they could their nails done. After sitting there for 45 minutes past my appointment time, I got up and walked out with wet feet. They didn’t like what I asked for so did what they wanted said it would go better( I wanted a red ombre ) they added silver glitter making my nails look like Christmas. They’re ombre technique is terrible as well! I wanted acrylic with gel color ( so they dried instant) they up charged me and gave me colored acrylic charged $45 for the set! This has been my go to salon for about 2 years now. The old management were the best, very friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, the new owners aren’t that great. I tried to tolerate the change as mush as I could bc I did love this place so much. The woman did my nails once and completely rushed, didn’t get my nail shape right, and gave me an attitude when I asked her to fix it. Just recently I went for a fill and I’m pretty sure the guy doing my nails was VERY VERY inexperienced. When measuring my nails to make sure they were even, he left the electric file on while holding it and almost scrapped my hand so I had to pull away from him and ask him to turn it off. I had gel polish all over my cuticles. It took two girls to try to pick it off and I didn’t even ask them to, they just knew it was a terrible job and tried to fix it for me. Plus, my chrome finish started scrapping off literally the day of getting them done. I’m actually pretty bummed I can no longer stand to go here. Hopefully they improve but until then I’m finding somewhere else.
