Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been going here for years, my last two visits i left unhappy, two months ago I went in for a full set, I showed Kim how I wanted my nails painted she said that she could do it then once the acrylic was on she asked what color i wanted, i said the same as the picture, she said she couldn’t do that cause she would have had to use dip, she should have done that then. Almost two weeks ago I went back after doing my nails at home Kim was trying to peel the stuff off my nails, I let her know it comes off with acetone, she tried again which was painful, after letting them soak a few mins she gets it off, then a woman calls and wants her nails done by Kim so she has me move to John instead of finishing my nails, incredibly rude. Positive: ValueI have been going here for 10 years or more. The service is consistently good. The very few times I’ve gone to other nail salons, I have been disappointed by the price or the quality of service. Here I know I can get a gel manicure fill, a pedicure and my eyebrows done well and for a good price.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
