As I sit here figuring out my color somebody comes after me wanting more than me I asked for a nail fix and color change and now I have to sit and be late when I was here on time and they weren’t open so I arrived at 915 took me 5 mins to figure out my color I wanted now I have to sit and wait about 30 mins before I’m seen when I should have been sat in a chair and asked what color to start my service to me personally terrible first time experience and I only work a few doors down won’t be here again I tell u that

I came here initially based on the good reviews I’ve seen and the fact that the lady who I’ve spoken with over the phone said I can be seen quickly since the nail salon where I was previously has a long wait, in which I did not have time to wait too long because I had a maternity photo shoot scheduled at Ross Park Mall, plus it’s close to home. I got a French manicure and pedicure along with an eyebrow wax which turned out very beautiful! Both ladies were friendly and courteous. I will definitely return!

Only 2 ladies in the shop, they weren’t friendly at all & when asking about different colors the woman doing my nails didn’t want to answer my questions like I was getting on her nerves. You have to pay before they start your nails, if I wasn’t from out of town I would & in a rush I would have went down the street!! Don’t recommended going there!

I get my hands wet consistently which causes major wear an tear on your nails . They are strong and durable ! My girl lulu bomb on the designs and Lynn on the brows , they’ll get you right ! TERRIBLE experience. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The women were very rude, and the woman who waxed my eyebrows kept pulling and tugging on my face. She waxed my eyebrows in 2 minutes which is too fast to do a good job. I’ve never had an experience like this with a nail salon. So disappointed and not worth the 12$.

Friendly techs but there’s only 2 so they rush & complain if you point out mistakes or ask them to fix nail shape.

They are friendly, do a good job and seem to care about the customers and what they do. My nails don’t hurt afterwards, like some shops that I’ve been to. Reasonably priced. First visit they did ask for pre-payment, but didn’t ask the second time.
