Positive: Quality, ValueThey never disappoint! The girls are all friendly and so fun to talk to. The owner Emily is amazing. I’ve been going here for years now and I will never go anywhere else. They’ve never done a bad job. My nails are always perfect and I’m always getting compliments!

Critical: QualityWent to happy nails for the first time this weekend, and left far from happy, if i could leave no stars i would. Only went here for the convenience of being so close to home and i will not make that mistake again. After waiting a half hour for my nails to soak off i asked the woman for coffin shaped ANC nails, and for them to be as short as they can be for the shape, none of my nails have a coffin shape, and most of them are now sliced open from her being so aggressive with the nail file. she then blamed me for wanting my nails too short for the style i asked for, however i gave her the option to leave them longer for the style if she needed to. I’ll also add it only took her a half hour to do my nails when it will usually take at least another hour, so she was definitely rushing. Went to happy nails for the first time this weekend, and left far from happy, if i could leave no stars i would. Only went here for the convenience of being so close to home and i will not make that mistake again. I got a full set of coffin shaped acrylics, some are square some are coffin, some are sharp on edges others are round and they’re crooked. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWasted 45 minutes for an appointment for the owner to tell me I didn’t call or book an appointment when it showed in my phone, as well as on my schedule. I’m even coordinated and aware of when I call to make appointments. Especially after 2 of my nails broke. Hyde is the best one there. I even took my kids inside to wait with me as some of the employees were swearing. I went there a few weeks prior and my nails broke after the owner didn’t do them correctly and rushed through them and tries to justify her actions. They use to be good and out of 3 yrs of coming here I won’t be going back. Just to waste my time and then get stuck going elsewhere to have my nails fixed because they were rushing while doing them. It’s their job working at a nail salon to make their clients happy, instead the owner is very unprofessional, picks and chooses who she wants to work on. Wasted 45 minutes for an appointment for the owner to tell me I didn’t call or book an appointment when it showed in my phone, as well as on my schedule. Prices are more than fair and I’ve never been kept waiting.
