Fabulous!! Was looking for a new salon, read the great reviews & they are all true! Andy was so kind & professional and they all made you feel welcomed! My nails came out great & I am happy I found a new salon. It is true..Andy wants his customers to be satisfied & he took the time to talk to me when I was leaving, to make sure all went well. Never before in ANY salon I have been to, in all the years of getting my nails done, did any owner take the time to say a few kind words..kudos to Andy!! A true professional & a great experience!! At first Andy seemed nice, and calls everyone “Dear,” as does his wife. but I started realizing almost immediately that Andy would double and even triple book his appointments then when clients arrived he would pass them on to other technicians even thou you book specifically with him. I then had this happen to me first hand not once but a few times. The worse was when I set in traffic for an hour and a half at night for last appointment. Upon arriving he’d had two other clients still waiting for him and asked me to come back the next day. That was so unprofessional, he never even bothers to phone and let you know what is happening. This also happened to my daughter and a few ladies I know. We all Work and have appointments so my time is just as important. It seems “Greed “

This might have been one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had. The guy doing my nails didn’t let my fingers soak in water, didn’t cut my cuticles, barely filed them, applied 7 layers of polish so there was giant mountains of gel on certain fingers, didn’t give me lotion at the end, no hot towels…he didn’t even try to upgrade my services like the rest of nail salons do. It was very obvious he was trying to get my nails over with so he could move on to the next person. I gave them two stars because someone else filed them down and redid it.

My cousin and I walked in and the place was bustling. Since we didn’t have appointments I was expecting a bit of a wait but it was timely and the service was great. Andy had no problem solving my dilemma of wanting to take off my acrylics but keeping some length for a gel manicure. Their prices and service quality are hard to beat
