I really wanted to like them! Asked for gel overlay pink and white. She did the weird extension thing other reviewers mentioned (wish I would’ve checked the reviews!) and this is by far the lumpiest, most crooked manicure that I have ever gotten. 1.5 hours of my life and $90 gone! I tried to have her fix them – but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She also didn’t do anything to clean up the extra skin on the sides and was constantly taking calls and other customers while I had to wait over and over again. Now I need to go pay someone else to rip them off and put new ones on

I’m sorry other people have had bad experiences. I had an absolutely great experience! Today was my first time going to Happy Nails. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I worked with Dominga and she did an absolutely wonderful job with both services. I have zero complaints and will definitely go back and work with her again. She shaped my nails perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure my nail color was even and perfectly applied. Thank you so much Happy Nails. See you again soon.

Totally pampered is what comes to mind about my first visit today. I had a full set and a pedicure which was by far the best pedi I’ve ever had. The ONLY thing that was lacking was selection of color choices in the gel polishes. However I’m very picky and feel that is an easy fix by bringing my own.

I walked in to get a full set. Wait wasn’t long at all which was nice. The place is pretty outdated with stained carpets. They never told me they didn’t even use acrylic at their salon. The woman who did my nails never heard of the stiletto shaped nails. She didn’t even do the normal process of putting nails on where you glue the fake nail on and put gel over it and shape it. She just shaped it with the actual gel and made my thumb so crooked. The nail polish, she did 2 coats of and I can visibly see the nail under it. It’s streaky. Then, they charge $80. For not even doing nails the right way and making them crooked and half unpainted. I have never spent more than $65 on a full set that Was done RIGHT and with gems. The ladies are nice. The music was weird. And I will never ever go back again and I will never have any friends or family go here. Horrible. I’m literally going to now have to spend money to go to a real salon to get them ripped off and put on the correct way. Walmart would do better. I wish I could give no stars.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon to have my gel fill. Made my appointment. Got there 10 minutes early and I waited an extra 30 minutes on top of it. Ok, they were super friendly and very chatty. I thought I made it super clear to the technician that I wanted my nails square and didn’t want color. She proceeded to extend my nails with gel because she felt they were too narrow. WOW now they look like fans. She proceeded to tell me how amazing they look ( I hated them) my hands are small. My nails were wider than my hand. I asked her to file them a little. She got snippy and said they were fine and needed color. I got so frustrated I asked her to stop. Paid her and left.They are way over priced. Especially for a crappy job.Never again.

I’m in the industry and I was super pleased that they are very clean and everyone there is super sweet! This was my second time here and the service was friendly and efficient! They even gave me a shoulder massage while my toes were drying!!! I will most definitely be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
