Positive: Professionalism, QualityThank you so much I feel brand new! I did the Spa Pedicure and Gel Manicure I was well taken care of today!! This place is a hidden gem After a long rough few weeks at work, I called ahead and they took me right away. Clean and professional work I get ingrown toenail’s and the woman did a fantastic job cleaning up all the excess skin without pain. Her message was incredible took so much stress away. Thank you so much I feel brand new! I did the Spa Pedicure and Gel Manicure I was well taken care of today!! This place is a hidden gem After a long rough few weeks at work, I called ahead and they took me right away. Clean and professional work I get ingrown toenail’s and the woman did a fantastic job cleaning up all the excess skin without pain. Her message was incredible took so much stress away. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTook my friend here for a birthday pedicure and it was a good experience. We didn’t have an appointment but we didn’t have to wait. Staff was friendly and professional. Place was clean and they followed covid precautions. They took their time and didn’t rush through the service like other places. My only “complaint” is they didn’t necessarily know what was in the products they use. I have a very bad raspberry allergy and mentioned this and was told their products are “tropical”. Took my friend here for a birthday pedicure and it was a good experience. We didn’t have an appointment but we didn’t have to wait. Staff was friendly and professional. Place was clean and they followed covid precautions. They took their time and didn’t rush through the service like other places. I was greeted by a lovely woman when I got there when I said my name she knew I was coming from booking. This was my fist time here. Then I went with gia for my pedicure, she was professional, giving me tips on when I do my nails myself, told me a little about herself, talked about the salon, and did a phenomenal job. First, I got to make an appointment online which was huge, very convenient. I was greeted by a lovely woman when I got there when I said my name she knew I was coming from booking. This was my fist time here. Then I went with gia for my pedicure, she was professional, giving me tips on when I do my nails myself, told me a little about herself, talked about the salon, and did a phenomenal job. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you gia you made my day!!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismAt first they were very nice and friendly, but I will not be returning after my experience. They use cheap nail polish and dip powder on dip manicure and pedicure. Some of my nails were not completely filled in so it made my nails look weird shaped. The technician clearly saw it and did not fix it. It was apparent that they don’t properly clean their tools. They put their used tools in a sanitizer but it was not turned on and would take them out to use them again on someone else; so gross. At first they were very nice and friendly, but I will not be returning after my experience. They use cheap nail polish and dip powder on dip manicure and pedicure. Some of my nails were not completely filled in so it made my nails look weird shaped. The technician clearly saw it and did not fix it. It was apparent that they don’t properly clean their tools.
