I started coming to Happy Nail a few months ago and it’s always a great experience. Paula does a fantastic job on manicures. She works efficiently and quickly without making you feel rushed. The pedicures are a great value – the massage chairs are comfortable and relaxing and each of the technicians are friendly and skilled. Manicure and pedicure were wack. Looked a kindergartner did my nails. They also don’t give refunds. They only repolish and add tons of clear coat which gives the nails a gummy texture. Avoid this place at all costs. Manicure, Pedicure

The gel was not removed from my last visit. I got regular polish and while removing the polish I now see that he just painted over it….what a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I used to get a dip done at another place and while they did a great job it took 2 to 2.5 hours so I definitely struggled with finding the time to get my nails done. I have been to Happy Nail Spa 3 times now as it is near my work. I can get my nails done on a lunch break and still have time for lunch. My dip manicure usually takes 35 to 45 minutes top. I live that I don’t have to block out so much time to get my nails done. I am extremely happy with their service.

Worst pedicure ever. 30 minutes soaking feet in tepid water before offered water/drink. Did not remove old polish completely. Massage? What massage. Lasted 3 minutes for both feet. Very disappointed. Used to love this place. Will not try again. Too many other choices. Pedicure
