I bought my daughter here to get her nails done yesterday and they look horrible. I feel bad because I recommend Happy Nails to her and specifically told her to ask for Heather. Heather and one of her colleagues both did her nail and they are a mess. Some or lumpy, too wide, and the paint job is horribly done. I was so surprised because Heather used to do my nails and always did a good job. Not sure what happened but I wouldn’t recommend Happy Nails to anyone else. Save your time and your money and take your business elsewhere. I am very disappointed and my daughter is very unsatisfied with her nails.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been to several nail salons and this one is the best. The ambience is calm and comforting. The ladies were very kind and welcoming. The nail tech who did my nails was the best I’ve ever had. She did my nails perfectly, no mess up and was very speedy. Worst nail experience ever. Everything in this salon was a red flag. The nail tech that did my nails rushed everything and all the tools looked dirty and unhygienic. The nail file she used was clearly old and very worn and the nail drill was put on max speed and the nail tech pushed down so hard on my nail bed they actually felt like they were burning. Please do yourself a favor and find a better salon.

So I hardly ever write reviews but I believe Happy Nail&Spa deserves one because I know how hard it is to find a great nail salon. Especially if you are picky like I am! Lol! So I just moved to mansfield in November from Carrollton. I was sad to leave my nail salon over there that I had been going to for years. I went 2 other nail salons that not only didn’t reach my standards with nails and pedicures but we’re also in my opinion overpriced. So I decided to give Happy Nail&Spa a try. I loved it! I’ve been going there for 2 months now and haven’t been disappointed. I go for not only nails, but pedicures and eyebrow wax as well! Heather is the owner and she is so sweet and welcoming every time I walk thru the door. Both the nail salons I tried before them, not only the nail technicians but the actual owners as well treated me rude and acted as if I was a burden! That’s a huge thing to me if I get treated that way when I am paying for services from your business. But here I am always welcomed, offered a drink and accommodated. I hardly ever get time without my kids. (I have 3) So when I get my nails done I like to relax. They offer wine! Which is a huge bonus for my relax time! 😉 And on the occasion when I do take my kids, they are so helpful! One of the nail technicians even held my 7 month old son the whole time I was getting my nails done! Which they did not even have to do! They even have a little mini child spa pedicure chair if you do have a little one your bringing. Which is great because my 5 year old loves it because she gets to feel included too and sit in a pedicure chair that is the perfect size for her! Not many nail salons offer that. They also have a little child table with blocks as well! I love that they are nice and welcoming to children. You can tell Heather loves kids. That’s something I’m big on too. If you are rude to my children, especially if I’m paying for them to get services done too, you will lose my buisness. But it’s not like that here at all!
