I’d give this place a ZERO star, due to lady was VERY rude to me and to my daughters. They’ve tried to charge me more for length that my daughter didn’t ask for, she told them to cut it shorter and yet this lady started yelling at my daughter about it and made her cried about length that she wasn’t asking for. And my another daughter nails turns out to be a sloppy work. And Ive got pedi; as lady came up started being rude about my request to have 2 colors (1 is main color and another with gold glitter.) instead of just one nail polish color she was pure hateful about it. This place truly disgusted me how they’d treat anyone that comes in and how they tries to take over control about your nails and color instead of doing it at YOUR request. After 5 hours of their sloppy work & rude services to every one of us! We will never come back! Highly recommended for everyone to stay away from this awful place! It’s definitely not a “happy” nail business at all.

Have come to the conclusion after giving them a second chance on my nails first time one snapped with in a week took them somewhere else came back again after having them well taken care of elsewhere for a while came in for a single fill they weekend my nails and had one snap three days later and ripped the nail half off my finger gave them a chance for fix it and was charged for the fix so 100$ in two weeks to get a mediocre fill and pedi plus a fix this will be a last resort to be used for my nails

Had never been here before. Scheduled an appt. and drove an hour. This place is DIRTY!! Dead bugs, fecal matter everywhere in bathroom, the sink hasn’t been washed in who knows how long. I can’t imagine their sanitary practices are any better with their instruments! I left! Just ewwww! Gel manicures, Nail polish changes

Happy Nails Spa is a really great place to get your nails done. Me and my grandma went yesterday and we enjoyed it. The people there are so nice and they are very good and quick. I think there a little expensive but it is worth it for such a good job they do. I got a gel and that did such a good job on it. I would recommend it for everyone!

I get my nails done all the time this lady was very rude to me and my co worker. She said it would take an hr it took 2 hours. The job she did on my dipping powder was the worst I’ve ever seen. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had to go to the place I go to the place I go to all the time here at home in Dallas I love that place.

They look great and I couldn’t be happier. My pedi is amazing and it did not hurt! They listen when you do not like something or when something hurts.
