This nail spa was referred to me by my bonus baby… it started off a little rocky and I’m glad it did . Because it showed me how professional and caring David & his wife are. They definitely put the needs as well as the wants of their customers first. They are both extremely talented and creative when it comes to nail designs/art…. You will never walk away disappointed and they give the best pedicures. I can honestly say hands down they are two of the best Nail artist in Springfield and their staff ad amazing as well.

Don’t go here ! Very rude & no customer service skills. I broke my toenail so I had to get a acrylic tip on my big toe & when the guy who was doing my nails cut it down he cut it very visibly slanted . So I asked him to redue it he did the same thing ! I then asked if someone else could do it & they would not fix my nail. The lady who was supposed to be fixing my nail kept saying it’s not slanted when 4 other customers agreed that my nail was very much slanted . I asked multiple times for her to please redue my nail she wouldn’t. Then she wouldn’t match my hands with my toes she said she can’t do it unless I get powder which definitely isn’t true I’ve had the same style with shellac. I was very irritated they didn’t even want to give me a discount . I had to argue with them for 5 mins to get a $4 discount I’ll never go here again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The first time I came here the experience was so bad but David did such a beautiful job I decided to give it another go. I walked in & I asked for David, he said 15 minutes so I sat down to wait. I needed a “pink” fill, instead I was put with a women (who is having a conversation on speaker phone) because David started someone else’s set even though I had been waiting. The women was talking on her phone so loud she couldn’t hear me twice as I said the acrylic needed to be pink. She proceeded to talking on speaker phone and went to apply white acrylic to my nails anyway. I stopped her and just walked out. Never again will I come back!! No professionalism what so ever!!

We spent 3 hours there because they kept leaving us to work on someone else without explanation not toention they didn’t do what we wanted I asked for emerald green nails and got white and blue nails. At this point I just wanted to leave so didn’t say anything but this is ridiculous I suggest you never go here unless you want to waist your time
