Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei went here a month or so ago & the woman was so unprofessional. she talked about how tired she was because she had twins the whole time. i was very patient with her & tried to be understanding. one of my nails popped off 3 weeks into the fill in she did. she also cut my toenails in a round shape causing me to have an ingrown toenail on my big toe. i should honestly sue her for medical bills if it doesn’t correct itself. never go here unless you want a horrible experience. i went here once in 2015 & had a bad experience…didn’t go back for while because i found a salon i liked that is now staffed differently, so i had been on the hunt for a new salon. now i regret even returning for a second chance.i went here a month or so ago & the woman was so unprofessional. she talked about how tired she was because she had twins the whole time. i was very patient with her & tried to be understanding. one of my nails popped off 3 weeks into the …More

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend and I were going to get our nails done this evening and wanted to try somewhere new. We were going tanning as well and saw happy nails right next door to the tanning salon. We decided to try them out. Absolute best decision ever! They are so personable, friendly, nice, and affordable. We went in at 7 thinking they closed at 9. Well they closed at 8pm but they stayed open until 10pm just to do manicures and pedicures on us! Stephanie and her husband are both wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! My friend and I were going to get our nails done this evening and wanted to try somewhere new. We were going tanning as well and saw happy nails right next door to the tanning salon. We decided to try them out. Absolute best decision ever! They are so personable, friendly, nice, and affordable. We went in at 7 thinking they closed at 9. I tried to ignore this given the fact my toes did look good, but I tried to go back today at 7:20 and he screamed at me we are closed no service. They close at 8. If you want good work but someone to be completely rude and mean I would go here. But I’m doubtful anyone wants that. I tried to ignore this given the fact my toes did look good, but I tried to go back today at 7:20 and he screamed at me we are closed no service. They close at 8. If you want good work but someone to be completely rude and mean I would go here. But I’m doubtful anyone wants that. This was their last strike with me.
