I had such an amazing experience here! I went with two friends for pedicures, and we were very pleased. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the salon is spacious with lots of light. Don’t waist your money here!!!!!! I walked in for regular pedicure. The water in feet spa was so hot. My toes were mess because she was hurry to get another customer. I asked her for fixed it for me but she removed it all. I don’t wanna wasted another 30 minutes there because I have something to do.Then I refused to get a new pedicure. Anyway she still charged me $30!!!!!!!! Can’t you believe that!!!! Bad service!!!

I was SO excited because it’s been months since I’ve gotten my nails done. They thought I wanted a pedicure when I made my appointment for an SNS dip manicure at 9am, not a pedicure. So, they had me sit there for 20 minutes with three people in the back, no other customers in the store besides one with a staff member. Finally, I had to ask if they were going to help me and do my nails, the response was “Well, you made a pedicure appt.” Which I did not. Either way it was very unprofessional and I walked out feeling very unimportant.I have never walked out of a nail salon in my life. I walked in for my appointment on time. They thought I wanted a pedicure when I made my appointment for an SNS dip manicure at 9am, not a pedicure. Ouch! Was thinking this would be a fun experience with my daughter to get manicures. Haven’t had one in many years (usually do it myself).Treated ourselves to a little “pampering” just couple days prior to the holidays. I winced and recoiled out of pain and politely asked if she could please be more gentle, but she kept at it with the file like a hacksaw! And clipped the cuticles WAY too short including little bits of my skin. I have little bleeding slices on 8 out of my 10 digits two days later, right when I have lots of baking, cooking and wrapping to do. Some are red & swollen on the sides of my nails. It actually hurts to type. To top it off, she had a cold, blew her nose and then took my hand again without washing hers. yuck. The other technician who provided my daughter with her gel nails was great. I think I’d rather go in for a root canal. Please beware it was not at all a “happy” experience.

Good service – had to wait for 15-20 mins but it didnt bother me because the nail tech did an amazing job! l got a gel manicure and pedicure – Awesome service! Plus the place is clean and well maintained.
