Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey refused to put new acrylic on my nails because they said it took them to long to do. It’s been less than a week and my nails are broken and chipped. A week in more issues like snags and gaps in my nails are happening and these are my REAL nails. They also refused to add rhinestones I brought because they said it took too long for them and I even said to do whatever I just wanted a bit of sparkle. When I tried to get an appointment 2 days later the owner’s husband Lee I’m assuming, just passed the phone to someone else to avoid me. I came in often, I’m nice and tipped well each time, and even said I will pay whatever the cost and am okay with staying longer to get it done, but they gave me one of the worst services I’ve experienced. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePhillip has been my “go to” guy for 2 years now… I’ve followed him and drive almost an hour for him to work his magic on my nails . He’s talented and detailed so I don’t mind that drive… I’m very OCD with my nails and he doesn’t disappoint. I show him a picture of what I want and presto! Instant glam! LOVE HIM! Salon is clean and the entire staff is really friendly and considerate! Everyone does great work…Weekends get busy so I recommend going during the week if possible… but GO!
