Happy nails used to be my go to. The staff were amazing really listened to what you asked for! But as of recently not so much I have a normal nail salon but they were full and I should have just waited……. My nails were on so tight my fingers were in physical pain,and I’ve been getting my nails done almost a decade now so I’ve been threw it all but this pain was horrific.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuehorrible service. Owner charged at me where the lady which I believe is his wife held him back so he wouldn’t touch me! I think the guy was drunk! On top of it! I don’t know why but the guy freaked out and said that my nail had fungus on it flipped out had a childish fit and I’ll tell you, if you ever want to use a professional service this is not and I will repeat this is NOT the place… it’s your worst nightmarehorrible service. Didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted my nails. Ended up paying for what she did do & went somewhere else to get them adjusted to how I wanted them. I myself am a cosmetologist who does hair & nails. My negative review is about the quality of the powder dip nails here, not necessarily my experience with the salon itself. When the powder was applied, it first dried with a white residue on it, so the stylist re-did them, and I left the salon really happy. However, 4 days later, one of the nails completely fell off. It was intact so I just glued it back on. The next day, another fell off so I did the same thing. I just wanted them to last at least a couple weeks before I got them re-done at a different salon. Then the next day, a third chipped in half. Many of my friends and family members have had the powder dip nails last 3+ weeks, so I was really disappointed that they fell apart within days. (Not to mention, my friend’s real nail cracked underneath because her stylist used too many layers of the powder.) I’m going to drive to the place my mom uses in NH from now on because $40 is a lot of money to spend on 4 days worth of nice nails.

The lady doesn’t know how to paint your nails. I have the mark from the woman’s nails on my nail when she tried to clean it. The color is not painted on good onto my nail. The color looks chipped and there’s spots missing nail polish on my nail. The worst nail salon in Lowell. Didn’t even put the right color my friend wanted!!!!!!!
