I like my nail edges very sharp and defined. As soon as she began I told her that I wanted my nail edges sharp. I repeated my self several times. She tried to tell me that my nail edges were sharp. When I disagreed she handed me the file to do myself. I didn’t come to pay 30+ dollars to file my own nails. So I just laughed and said it’s whatever. This was the end result. They are so rounded off they look almost almond shaped. You think someone who’s been doing nails since “before I was born” could file a nail properly. Not to mention she did my nails in less then 30 minutes. As a nail artist you think she would take more pride in her work. I am a loyal customer and have been going to them for over a year every two weeks. This was my final time going to this shop.

Very dishonest. Jackie filed off the gel off my toes too thin, broke my nail then cut all my nails way too short and when I told her she cut them too short she said I told her to do it like that. I am usually generous with my tip, why would you be willing to lose a good paying customer rather than just to apologize for a mistake? I am so upset. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I cannot believe this just happened.

The set up is nice and all and very clean but the customer service wasn’t what it could’ve been. I said it was very hot the lady turned on air.I said my nails look good except for my thumb (they’re supposed to be coffin not half square/ half coffin & the one is cut on entirely too much of an angle.) I said I was dissatisfied and my nail is messed up she giggled as if it was my fault & basically didn’t care to fix it; crooked nail.

Let me start by saying I have been here twice. The first time I went to this salon, while they were friendly, they did not seem to be educated on modern nail techniques. I also found that nipping away cuticles is not a given. You will need to pay more money for a full blown manicure in order to properly address your cuticles. Fine. What was unacceptable to me was that on BOTH occasions, the dip was paced over my cuticles leading to them prematurely lifting. This could have easily been avoided by simply taking two extra minutes to clip the dead skin away. Additionally, my nails were filed unevenly (almond shaped) and the nail polish (a French manicure using a gel color) would have been better applied if it was also done using the dip powder in the special well designed for French manicures. I can only assume she did not have access to that specific tool. Now – I’m sure you’re wondering if I spoke up, I did not. I’m a busy working mom, and I had my 10 month old with me so I did not have time or patience to critique everything she was doing. Bottom line – I’m not a fan. I tried giving their facility another chance, but I was disappointed for a second time and won’t be making it a third.

I used to enjoy this place. The last time I was here, the spa pedicure was AMAZING-a thin, bald man did my pedicure&was the reason I came back. I was looking forward to going again but they change the pedicure package to a much cheaper one that I could tell immediately was of lesser quality as well. Plus, the woman that did my nails barely did anything as far as massaging and even buffing my nails, but when I asked about it she swore up and down that she already did it. (I was there…. she did not) she rushed through painting my toes and kept messing up and did a terrible job cleaning the paint off my skin. I had to ask her twice to remove the paint from the sides of my toe and stillbhad to go home and fix it myself. I asked her to put a design on my big toes, she said she would hand draw a flower- she put 4 tiny dots on each big toe and called it a flower and changed me 5$ per toe extra!! I will not be back. This place has gone way downhill.

The owner here is the most unprofessional business representative I’ve ever met. My first visit here I got a pedi and I left in pain with cuts all over my cuticles from the poor job from Lulu/Kim. I kind of felt it was intentional and she almost had a really bad day. Don’t go here after a long day to try to get pampered. The only interest they have is to get you in/out take your $
