Every time we come here we tell the stylist to only take a little bit of length off our children’s hair, and every single time they take multiple inches off and their cuts look awful. Clearly, they have no interest in listening to what the client wants. Never again. Overpriced and awful haircuts. After giving them multiple chances, we won’t be coming back.

We took my son for his first professional haircut. Since he is used to a buzzer from me cutting his hair he was doing great. Unfortunately the hairdresser was disorganized and had overscheduled herself. She didn’t consult us aymt all on a cut and just started without asking. She was in a rush and did sloppy work. Critical: Professionalism, QualitySomething been changed in this place recently(maybe new owner), from Happy Kids Haircut salon they made an adults barbershop + kids…The stylist was rushing like she is on fire, full kids(3 years old) haircut was done in 7 minutes($30 + tips, thats a lot) without any respectfully to kids, like with playful thing to make sure kid are feeling safe or even allow them to watch cartoon for a minute or two. They do not listen to you and just do what they are feeling too, especially with the same haircut style as they probably know how to do only. They using the trimmer for 3 years old kid comeeeee on, it’s a kid, before using that ask parents!!!! Depends on the person who cuts. My daughter got a haircut there and it was awful. It was so bad that I had to fix it after coming home. And then, I ended up going there again for my son (because it was last minute appointment and no one else was available). It was my son’s first haircut and he was crying his lungs out. The person who cut his hair was fantastic. She was quick and did a neat job. For her, I would give 5 stars.
