I got a pedi and a full set with 4 designs. A little pricey but loved the quietly. I live in the south side of Chicago and work in Niles so I thought I’d try this place. So glad I did! I have my baby shower this weekend and I went in with an idea she made it exactly as the picture!

I never really do reviews but I think this one just needs to. I called prior on a Sundays morning to see if there was an availability for a pedicure. I was told come in at 3:30pm ( 1hr later) I went in for a pedicure, time to pamper myself, plus one of my toe nails was pretty long and almost felt like it was going in the skin. Usually, this is 95% fixed when I get a pedicure. A child greeted me and told me to pick a color. I thought that was cute her kid helping out. After, a couple of minutes of trying to wait I was seated by a her daughter at the pedicure chair. Upon soaking my feet In water for what seemed to be 20 mins, I get a young teenage girl about to start my feet I was guessing till the other lady was done with her previous client. But that didn’t happen. I was asked a lot of questions which didn’t bother me as I have teen children too. The other woman did not come to check on her daughter as well as to come check on the sensitive area I was having when I asked. The young lady was pushing my cuticles so hard and I let her know. She apologized. I understood She was still learning. What she should have had was her mother or someone check afterwards. I was already seeing the inconsistencies and the owners younger daughter came to pester the young teen working on me. The owner said nothing and allow her to fight and argue with the teen while working on my feet. Mind you, I been to this location before multiple times with no problem. I asked about how long her mom owns this place and the teen said three months. She was a very bright young lady no disrespecting this was not her fault. Also, said this is not something she wants to do. Upon waiting for someone to come and check, I had been there almost 3 hrs just for a pedicure. Finally the older lady who was the grandma I believe came and I explained to her I needed her to check the corner area which she did and usually it never hurts this time it did and she made me bleed around both my toes. She applied some brown antibacterial liquid. So initially I thought everything was going to be good. Wrong my toes swelled. The left toe had been filed and trimmed beyond the line you are not supposed to pass. The right toe is severely swollen and cut so far deep. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning here. It was very un professional recently and if they allowed the kids handle things without observing then I probably won’t be the first one disappointed.first pic is 3 days after and other is actual.

Wish I read the reviews before trying this place with my family. There for 2+ hours for 3 easy services, we called ahead and was not informed that the spa machines for your feet were not working, they had us all soaking in COLD water. Extremely uncomfortable, the woman doing my toes didn’t want to exchange a word with me and did the job quick leaving the ugliest color I have ever seen on my feet. Didn’t match the neon green bottle and when I complained at check out, another woman said I should have asked her to change it and didn’t apologize. The woman didn’t even cut my toes well so I’d rather fix it elsewhere. They have children working there who are friendlier than the adults. (Illegal) Save your money and don’t come here. Worst pedicure of my life , people were also sitting in those cold tanks 2+ hours the whole time we were there. Not sure why they’re so slow. My sister nails chipped before we left but we all just wanted to leave.

Overall, I really liked it there. The salon is clean and usually could accommodate me as a walk-in due to my busy and ever-changing schedule. However, my last visit consisted of my coming back at a certain time, but I had to wait almost 40 minutes with my feet in a cold tub of water for a pedicure. I don’t mind waiting, but the fact I was told to come back and then waited even longer was extremely unprofessional. What’s worse, I had to leave without my pedicure as I could not wait and told that I should have made an appointment! Nothing was offered to negate such a terrible experience. Hence, make an appointment but prepare to wait regardless.
