I got a haircut from Hea Suk and it was great. She was very professional and I love my haircut. She even straightened it for service! However, the air conditioner in the building broke and the owner hasn’t made an effort to fix it. It’s uncomfortable inside the store and while I give the haircut and the stylist a 10/10 the owner should take the effort to create a comfortable salon for everyone, not just the customers, but the stylists as well. My message to the owner would be to do better as a businessperson.

Chani, the salon owner, is absolutely amazing! She is the only stylist i have found who is capable of cutting my hair the way i want. It’s always perfect & I will never go to another salon. Chani has been my stylist for years. I still recall the first cut I ever got from her; the way she assessed my hair and her style of cutting, I knew her training was not from around here and she was a legitimate professional. I’ve sinced followed her through two salons and am now happy to support her at her own salon. Sure you can get a budget cut somewhere else and play Russian roulette with your hair, but if you want a consistent look or new fashionable look, Chani is the answer.
