Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Happy Feet Culver City for 7 years now and I have to say I’m highly disappointed in what this place has become. The person who massaged me was the same person answering the phone, answering the door, chatting with colleagues and billing customers – I had made an appointment for this massage but it didn’t matter, my session was interrupted the whole time. I understand it’s a cheap massage spot but it’s not free. Avoid her at all cost! They now have a piece of paper where you can mark what parts on your body you need work on and what kind of pressure you would like, don’t waste your time, they’ll massage what they want and as hard as they want to. I was burned with the stones today, I said “you’re burning me” and she proceeded to add pressure with the same burning rocks! I told her she was burning me, I also said she was hurting me and that my neck and shoulders had had enough, she smiled said “too much work?” Turned me around and proceeded to poke and pinch the area. I had to get up in the middle of my massage I just couldn’t take it anymore. This was probably my last visit here. I have been going to Happy Feet Culver City for 7 years now and I have to say I’m highly disappointed in what this place has become. The person who massaged me was the same person answering the phone, answering the door, chatting with colleagues and billing customers – I had made an appointment for this massage but it didn’t matter, my session was interrupted the whole time.
